Sunshine's Diary - lets give it a shot

Got up "early" (9am) and went to Curves this morning Did +6 machines - but man was I whomped when I was done - we had people over until like 1am last night so it was a rough start to the AM, lol
Working 12-5 maybe a bike ride tonight?

Lazy dazy day today...Curves this morning though - went with my mom it was fun :)

Food (not great but not bad)
Breakfast - cereal bar, yogurt, milk
Lunch - PBJ sandwich
2nd Lunch (lol) Burger with relish/ketchup
Dinner: 2 fried eggs and hashbrowns

I desperately need groceries (not an excuse just a fact), and am hoping to get my mom's Curves food guide this week and start going by that a bit - I won't follow it super close I know that, but it will give me new ideas :D
Water: Had probably just about enough for the day but could do better tomorrow!
Drinking a decaf earl grey tea - YUM

Haha - I've actually been slacking again - went out and had nachos tonight. I'm getting weighed/measured at Curves tomorrow - PRAYING for a tiny bit of change. I seriously need a food plan - something I can write down and HAVE to stick to, cause right now it's not going well. (foodwise) Curves is still going strong, lol. Keep your fingers crossed, I'm pretty nervous!
 
Off to Curves! ahhhh! lol. Hopefully I will have lost a few inches, but will also be motivated to stop eating crap!

Okay, the verdict is...*drumroll please*
I've gained 4.3 pounds lol. BUT

I've lost a total of 6.75 inches - not a TON but enough to motivate and not make me sad, lol. They printed me a sheet so here is the breakdown of where it was lost

Bust: 0 (yay)
Waist: 0 (booo)
Abs: +.25 (i.e. gained)
Hips: -1.50
Arms: 0.50
Thighs: 5.00

So thighs and arms were the most lost which is great because those are the parts I hate the most, lol. Over all I'm an semi-pleased but am hoping my positive attitude contributes to better food choices.

OOoh and my Body fat % went from 30.2 down to 29.7! So not terrible!
 
Hey! No curves today, but ate a decent lunch

Breakfast : Slept until 11:30 - didn't eat Breakfast
BLT & California salad at Williams & Iced Cappucino
Dinner: Not sure yet - might go for wings? lol Haven't decided

that's a great victory and even better that you can see the inch loss and not get too hung up on the number on the scale - Way to go!!! :D

as for me, I really should measure myself - my scale has moved from 151 to 150.5 to 150 in the past few weeks... gradual little losses - and as long as it isn't going up! i'm fine!

Well went to curves today (+ 3 machines) I've been tired- I think allergies are kicking my butt yet again, lol. But I went so that's good. Today is also day 2 of Pretty good food, so that helps with feeling good as well :) Going for beer tonight though, lol.

We started printing wedding invitations today! What a lot of work! But they are looking great! :D

Certainly a victory if you ask me. I'd rather weigh a lot but be physically smaller than the reverse. :jump:

Hey! I'm definitely proud of losing my inches! It's just hard to get away from thinking about the scale! lol...but if I eat healthier - not so much restaurant food, I'm sure I'll be super impressed with results soon :) Thanks for the support!
 
Eating has been so-so the last few days - certainly not off to the great start I planned, but not terrible either...Didn't go to curves yesterday - I'd better get at it this morning. lol
 
Went to Curves - haven't been in 3 days so it was rough, lol. but I feel a lot better - had a nutribar for breakfast (with 500 ml of water). Hoping to eat a nice healthy lunch!

Went to curves yesterday, did +8 machines!! Soon I'll be going around a whole extra time! lol!
Hoping to go again today - I am in a contest thing and my team gets 5 points once you've gone 3 times a week !
Food has been going better I made home made fajitas yesterday! YUM!!

Went on a 17k bike ride yesterday with the family - it was pretty intense through a cow pasture and crazy paths, good fun, not sure I'd do that path again though! lol!

Hoping to make myself get to curves today! lol
 
way to go on the exercise babe! you are doing awesome and your energy is contagious =) hehehe

I have the same problem - if i could just get the eating under control I'd be fine! Maybe we should check up on each other extra hard this week food wise - lets post everything, b/c someone else's eye can tell us where we are slacking off!
