You've GOT to DDR! I did today for a bit over an hour. To tired to do anything else... okay, no motivation and DDR is a good motivation once I get started.

Okay, I wont force you :). I'll just give you a strong push instead!

Congrats on making it under 200!!!! That is awesome!!! I'm proud of you for sticking to your plan so well.
 
Yesterday I worked out....I also went shopping and found out I went down a size in clothes...Hooray!

WOO! That's awesome going down a size of clothing! That's one of the best and most rewarding feelings! Keep it up and you'll be going down another size soon :D
 
Today:
Lunch: Chick-fil-A Chargrilled chicken wrap with honey mustard dressing= 9 pts

Exercise: DDR at the mall for 4 HOURS :jump:

Early Dinner: Subway Turkey Wrap= 3.5 pts

Exercise: Gym with Shane to work back/arms/ and a little bit of abs

Late Dinner: Vietnamese Rice Noodle Soup with meatballs = ?? pts



2morrow I start working again at this Asian store I worked at for a year before going to college. And when I get off of work I get to go mascot for the Sanrio store as Hello Kitty.....maybe I'll post pictures up? :cool:
 
So Today I played a bit more of DDR....

Lunch: Lean Cuisine Pizza= 8 pts
Snack: Hershey's Snacksters = 2 pts
Dinner: Homemade Ribs with peas and carrots and pork'n'beans
Snack: No Pudge Fudge Brownies= 9 pts?
 
Today:
A few DDR songs
Lunch: Smart ones (forgot exactly what it was...)= 6 pts
Snack: Organic Peanut Butter on Whole Wheat bread
Gym: Arm workouts
Dinner: subway turkey wrap = 3.5 pts
Snack:weight watchers ice cream bars (2 :drooling: ) = 4 pts
 
Pinky Dolly haha, you're so funny....it was kinda hard to see out the nose so kids would come up to me and I had to have a Sanrio worker say"Hello Kitty, look down"


I can now see my belly starting to look smaller than before....Because I put on one of those stretchy tank tops and I didn't have as much of a buldge and didn't see my belly button as much...( you know what I mean....when the gut is big and you wear a tight-fitted shirt you can kinda point out where the belly button is)

Down to 197 lbs

Today: (So far)
Lunch: Smart Ones Chicken Enchiladas = 6 pts
Snack: (maybe)
Dinner: (already made to take with me to work) Turkey and cheese on low fat english muffin (4 pts) with 8 low fat Nilla wafers (2 pts)
Snack (when I come back from work): (more than likely weight watchers ice cream)
 
soooo....microwave problems turned my sandwich into a blackwich....so my mom got me a subway wrap...

so far points today: 12.5
 
My weight went down alot this week so far....4 lbs....whew....Since Shane isn't here (out of state for a gaming convention) I did my ball squats and lunges and leg workouts at home....maybe not have walked as far with lunges as I would in the gym....but even Shane said he was proud I still worked out without him telling me and that at least I still did it (which is better than nothing)

I'm up early today...cause I had to go to a neighbor's house and house/baby sit while she brought her husband to the hospital for kidney stone surgery....she was back within an hour (but it's still early for me...but strangely enough I feel 60% awake and 40% sleepy.....thought the sleepyness would be more...)

Anyway!
I might do some more exercises today since I have to work 2morrow and I won't feel like doing it then.....we'll see how I feel.....
 
Sun, it's good to see you still on track even if your number one support person is out of town for a bit. We're all here for you, too :).

Another four pounds is awesome! Keep up those squats and lunges, they're hell after a couple days! I can barely walk down stairs after doing a heavy squat/lunge day.
 
Hahah...yeah I know that feeling all too well....I'm also like an old woman trying to even get into the car after 'leg day' .....It seems to always make my thighs tight/sore hehe

Mom said for me to stay home today....but I really wanna go play lots of DDR right now....I tried to play on the pad I have at home and it moves too much >.<()

So maybe I can call her and ask if I can go do DDR cardio lol....

So Far Today:
Lunch: Lean Cuisine Brick Oven Style Chicken Garlic Pizza (8 pts) with baked cheddar and sour cream chips (2 pts)
Dinner: ( prob either Lean Cuisine again or go out to eat with mom when she gets off of work....not sure)
 
Eventually that pain and soreness will go away and endorphins will kick in.

First time I worked out, I couldn't walk the next day (no joke...i was in a ton of pain). And when I seriously hammered my abs, I could hardly move for a few days (or sleep :().

Now, though, no more soreness :)

Its gotten to the point where, lets say, I don't hit the gym in a week and a half, and then I go, I still don't have any soreness or pain. The first few weeks are the killers. Then its gets easier from there :)

edit: A personal trainer at the gym told me that feeling sore after a workout is actually extremly good progress. You should be proud of yourself :)
 
Heh...that's what Shane says too....I believe him...I dunno if it was I wasn't working out as hard yesterday.....but I pretty much did everything the same and I wasn't struggling as much and wasn't as sore after.. sure it hurt to go up the stairs but yeah....duh....

::yawn:: anyway....off to bed...gotta work 2morrow hehe
 
Weigh-in today was 196....so I get $40 w00t! hehe

Lunch: Chili's Mushroom Jack Fajitas (no bacon on top) = around 18 >.<()
Dinner: Lean Cuisine Chicken Teriyaki= 5 pts
Snack(right now): Smart Ones Chocolate Mousse= 3 pts

edit: Forgot to put that even though I had lots of points today...I went and played DDR for 2 hours straight after eating at Chili's....so I should be fine :-/
 
Today I'm going to surprise Shane by being at the airport when he gets back today....he has no clue it's funny....anyway...That means the rest of this week I'll be going back to the gym ^_^

Today:
Lunch: Some Lean Cuisine
Dinner: going out to eat with Shane and his mom after picking him up from the airport
 
2 hours on DDR!! Wow girl! Can you stand today after that?

Have a great time with your bf and his mom. I'm sure he'll love being suprised at the airport by you being there :). Sounds like a very nice suprise to me!
