Don't be pointing fingers. I'm fairly certain most of you are madly in love with me. *sigh* It gets a little overwhelming, trying to treat you all equally and not send mixed signals, but I'm coping. I'm used to the excessive affection.

Today's Food

Everytime I type "Today's Food", I think of that ol kids show Today's Special! Used to come on when I was a youngin'. Anybody remember it? Muffy? Sam Crenshaw? Those names ring a bell? It was the best, but it seems hardly any of my friends remember it.

Breakfast
Special K Vanilla Almond w/ skim milk
Cran-grape juice

Lunch
Whole wheat linguine w/ shrimp marinara
Slice of banana bread

Supper
California Chicken Burger (grilled chicken fillet, lettuce, tomato, guacamole, whole wheat bun)
Small Caesar salad w/ 2 tsp dressing
10 oz Rickard's Red
Green apple martini

Snacks
1. Bowl of fruit (strawberries, canteloupe, honeydew, watermelon, pineapple)

EXAMS ARE OVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There are not possibly enough exclamation marks in the world to express how excited I am. What a great day. I'm going to dinner & a movie with a couple of my nursing girls tonight. I'll be good!
More exciting news - I ran into a friend today who hasn't seen me in a few weeks and he said "Ok, this might not be an appropriate question, but have you lost a ridiculous amount of weight?" So I told him, no not a ridiculous amount but I had lost some. And he was like "Well then you must have toned up a lot or something because you look incredibly good." I was quite happy with that. And even more happy because he was in love with me since we were about 10, then I finally caved and went out with him in my last year of high school and just as I was falling for him, he broke it off and crushed my heart. So he deserves to think I'm hot and not be able to have me. lol Granted, I still don't have the body I had then... But some day!

Third, didn't you say in your first post you were giving yourself all of 2007 to lose the 20 lbs? And now you're more than half way though it, in April?! I must have missed a post if you're quickening it. Maybe you intend to stay at 150 once you reach there, and be 150 in January after the Dreaded Xmas Season. Hmmmmmm...I just realized I haven't been on this forum for Nov-Dec. Must get interesting, huh?

Woohoo! Awesome news all round! Congratulations on your exams being over! I am excited for you!!! Also glad you are looking good and having people notice your achievements! Especially ones who need to acknowledge what they passed up! :D
