Oh my, I don't know what I would do without all of you. You're all a bunch of lifesavers, that's for sure. I woke up this morning feeling like I had gained 30 lbs. Studying is bad for my body-image! But coming on here makes it all better.

I know I haven't done all that bad and it could have been a lot worse, but I still feel really awful about it because I was doing so well. It's to be expected that I won't get to the gym this week, but it's not acceptable that I've been eating crap. I never thought of myself as an emotional snacker before, but it seems that every break I take from studying leads to me sticking my hand into a bag of something chocolatey. So maybe it really is the stress that's making me pig out.
I've decided that I need to be posting my foods, even though I'm busy. Originally, I had thought that I shouldn't because I would just use updating it as an excuse to get away from studying and go online for a while. In reality, I'm using
not updating my foods as an excuse to eat whatever the hell is in front of me. So, I'm going to update anyway.
NO CHOCOLATE TODAY!!!
I'm going to hit a few diaries now. I'll do half now and half later.
