OK...busy weekend..but I was really good w/ my food in general..and worked out alot this weekend ... I also took 2.5 hrs on sat to put together my Elliptical together & hooray! I used it yesterday morning & I will be using it tonight. I love it! It would have gone together easier if i had read the directions first... my hubby always says im aweful about that & it always bites me in the butt!
OH well, I did it & he didnt have to do anything... lucky slob.
We also hiked yesterday on top of my workout so i felt great about myself.
food today
B: oatmeal w/ sliced pears & 1 tbsp BSugar
coffee w/ lite cream
L: veggie burrito & spinach
S: handfull of nuts & fruit
iced coffee w/ milk
D: grilled chic sausages w/ veggies
Water 96 oz
