Well..im slackin again
here is yesterdays diary
B: 2 whole wheat french toast w/ soy milk, 2 tbsp maple syrup
S: handful of nuts w/ a pear
L: spinach salad w/ 1 oz lean turkey breast & 1/4 cup lite coleslaw
1 4 oz yogurt
S: PB w/ celery sticks, 1 pear
D: 1 cup chic fried rice, chic garlic w/ veggies 1/2 cup, 2 crab rangoons, 2 chic wings
water 100 oz
exercise: 45 min walking/jogging, cardiokickboxing, squats etc
day before did 30 min on elliptical, 10 on treadmill, free weights, handweights abs
1 hr total
Today:
B: 1 hardboiled egg, 1 toasted PBJ
S: 1 oz turkey breast w/ 1 slice of cheese
L: salad w/ turkey side of baked beans (leftovers)
S: peanuts w/ a piece of fruit
D: out to dinner..not sure what
Exercise: probably cardio video or something? not sure
Got awoken at 3:30 am by my son who informed me that the chinese food he ate was not on his bedroom rug...He must have gotten too much sun at the beach poor kid...got sick everywhere! Its so much fun to clean that up in the mid morning and try to go back to sleep..yuck!
