Yeah wax on the plastic sucks!meatless chicken tenders? never heard of them do they taste like chicken?

S: handful of mixed unsalted nuts

L: mixed green salad w/ 1/4 c 3 bean, 1 oz lean turkey breast , cukes etc
celery w/ nutty PB, handful of animal crackers

S: 1 oz of turkey breast w/ 2 slices of american cheese

D: spag squash w/ spag sauce, 1 sliced chic saus w/ peppers & onions
1 cup soy milk, 1 oz choc

Exercise: 1 hr walk
water 100 oz
 
LMAO how true lol i remember my uncle talking about eating :eek: snake and alligator when he went south and thats what he said taste like chicken lolill take his word for it. they lower fat or is it bc your doing the soy prod.?(im assuming theyre soy i could be way off though)
 
Im trying to lower my intake of animal proteins as they arent used as easily by our bodies..not as clean..and i find sometimes they make me feel sluggish... but the veggie & soy protiens do not. yeah...so that is kind of why...I did it like a chic parm and everyone loved it and had no idea.
I just bought an elliptical for my house! very excited! Im going to take my gazelle out as its not doing anything for me anymore & put the elliptical in its place. I cannot wait to get it..I paid $300 and no cost for shipping..so it was the best deal i could find & its very compact so it doesnt look like it will take up anymore room than the gazelle did.

food so far
B: bowl of cherrios w/ blueberries & soy milk, 2 slices of whole wheat bread w/ PB
coffee w/ lite cream

S: 1 oz lite cheddar w/ some veggies from last nite

L: spinach salad w/ egg & side of yogurt

S: nutty PB w/ celery or apple

D: no clue LOL..i hate cooking in the summer...i so need some easy ideas. Probably chic grilled w/ salad

exercise..nothing as of yet..probably a cardio video later or walking..something..ill let ya know!
 
Hey elliptical good for you!!! i love mine use it all the time too :) hmmm ill have to look and see if they have it here, it sounds good.
 
Well..im slackin again

here is yesterdays diary

B: 2 whole wheat french toast w/ soy milk, 2 tbsp maple syrup

S: handful of nuts w/ a pear

L: spinach salad w/ 1 oz lean turkey breast & 1/4 cup lite coleslaw
1 4 oz yogurt

S: PB w/ celery sticks, 1 pear

D: 1 cup chic fried rice, chic garlic w/ veggies 1/2 cup, 2 crab rangoons, 2 chic wings

water 100 oz

exercise: 45 min walking/jogging, cardiokickboxing, squats etc

day before did 30 min on elliptical, 10 on treadmill, free weights, handweights abs
1 hr total

Today:
B: 1 hardboiled egg, 1 toasted PBJ

S: 1 oz turkey breast w/ 1 slice of cheese

L: salad w/ turkey side of baked beans (leftovers)

S: peanuts w/ a piece of fruit

D: out to dinner..not sure what

Exercise: probably cardio video or something? not sure

Got awoken at 3:30 am by my son who informed me that the chinese food he ate was not on his bedroom rug...He must have gotten too much sun at the beach poor kid...got sick everywhere! Its so much fun to clean that up in the mid morning and try to go back to sleep..yuck!
 
Ah man that sucks(carpet espescially(sp?))and in the middle of the night! why is it kids always get sick then? it always seems like its in the night....

OK guys..I so need someone to get me back on track..Im up 3 lbs...frustrated ..sick of this humidity..yes, im whining...sick of working out..sick of giving up foods i like..blah blah blah..I know yada yada yada....
I know i need to get back on track... I am going to as of tomorrow morning get up at 5:30 and workout for 1 hr..and I need to do that daily until im back into a positive pattern again! I need to cut my carbs back down and push up my lean proteins...arrrhh! I hate to see that scale moving up.
Is anyone else having this issue! Im sure you are....
plus my workout buddy only had a little to lose and now she is there and looks terrific and im still stuck here ... at 254...i was 251..uggh. anyway...
enough complaining on my part...Dont lose hope on me ladies! I need your pushing & support!

D: sauteed chic w/ broccoli & corn, whole wheat pasta 1/2 cup, 2 tbsp cheddar, 1 slice of bread
1 cup of soy milk

water: 120 oz
took all my supplements
Exercise: 1 hr- cardio-fat burning, crunches 100

Im back... and Im sluggish..but Im determined to get back to it!
 
Oh K im sorry your having a hard time, i dunno if its the summer or what but im having a hard time too. getting back on track is hard but i gotta do it. i keep saying to my self "i hate being fat more than i hate this"(i got it from you might not be exactly as you said it but my h thinks im nuts now bc i keep saying it lol)
glad your not giving up though. we need to be kicking some ass together!!!i say we both try and have the best week yet :) and if this helps a little motivational pic-i love this one its my screen saver right now to keep me in line -

Thanks for sending my words back my way... Yeah I make lots of sense until I get lazy! LOL..Love the pic..oh man! Isnt that the sick truth of it all. I think the reason Ive had a tough time is my sweat buddy is right where she needs to be & I still have so far to go...but if I can just lose like 1lb a week Ill be golden by next year ...so I really need to look at it that way. I also gave away all my fat clothes...and swore as I did it Im not going back to that again...No friggin way!
I did get up at 5:30 am..went for a 3.5 mile power walk...draggin my sweat buddy along..who was nursing a hangover...Im amazed she walked..I would have stayed in bed. Uggh I dont miss those days!
So...Im back on schedule ..Im going to get up at 5:30 tomorrow & work out to a video or walk/jog around my house...not sure yet. Depends on the weather. Im determined & my elliptical gets delivered today..so maybe Ill use that if i get it put together tonight!

Woohoo glad your back on track!!! good for you giving away your "fat" clothes. i did that and when my jeans get a little tight i know i need to get my butt back in gear! goodwill loves me my H thinks im nuts and should keep them just incase :eek: heck no buddy

ohh you havent got it yet, well im sure youll love it when you do. it wasnt that hard to set up either, lemme know how you like it :D
 
My Elliptical just came today....woohooo! Now Its get the hubby to help get it out of the box...uggh..Its gonna need to be put together...Why didnt the little man who puts them together come w/it!?! I guess that was extra!

exercise: 1 hr walking-3.5 miles w/ stretches

D: 1 slice of a garden frittata w/ mixed squash & a sprinkle of fresh parm, 1 whole wheat english muffin, 1/2 banana
1 cup of soy milk

exercise: 40 min on elliptical, abs
1 hr total

Today:
B: 1 banana w/ a whole wheat english & 1 tbsp peanut butter
S: handful of nuts

L: picking up a mcdonalds salad & parfait & goin to the beach. Hooray!

S: ? not sure if ill have one

D: chic & veggie parmesan w/ whole wheat spag.

exercise: not sure if ill get to it today... got alot on my plate & my sciatica is really bad today.

water yesteday: 128 oz
water today: 100 oz
 
sorry bout the nerve acting up, my H gets that,pain in the bum when it happens, hope it gets better soon :) woohoo you put that baby together girl!!!! :D
