coffee w/ lite cream

S: soy protein shake

L: 15 medium shrimp w/ cocktail sauce. Steamed asparagus w/ 1/2 c cottage cheese, 7 cherry tomatoes. 1 pear
green tea 20 oz

S: peanuts handful

D: grilled chic most likely w/ veggies

water 100 oz
green tea 20
exercise: probably one of my cardio tapes this evening...not sure yet

Sorry ive been gone for a few days...we were planning a big surprise anniversary party for my aunt & We've had some other issues w/ neighbors this week.. Its been nutty...
but im baaaackkk
Food for today
B: 1 protein shake & a banana
coffee w/ light cream

L: low carb wrap w/ tuna & veggies, 1/2 cup sliced cukes
1 pear

S: celery w/ 2 tbsp PB

D: new Mcdys sesame chic salad..very good! Has edame beans, nice greens..could have more romaine..but what can ya do... almonds & a light sesame dressing w/ grilled chic...very good
1/2 c soy milk

Exercise: on my way to do a cardio tape..havent done anything all weekend.. & my sit ups push ups & some weights probably.

I have to say my eating habits are soo different..I never snacked at the party sunday..only had my plate of food...didnt have any cake..did have some ice cream cuz it was so fricken hot out! and no alcohol...lots of veggies & fruit..I was really good.
Im down another lb this week...so 1 is better than nothing!

S: 1/2 a pear, 1 oz cheese, handful of nuts

D: sauteed asp, mushrooms, peppers w/ 1 oz cheddar, about 10 mussels in a white wine garlic , 1 small crab cake on greens, 2 glasses of pinot grigio
it was yummy!

green tea was 20 oz of that
exercised: 1 hr walk

Thanks NB ..i appreciate that... Its hard sometimes to say no to the food..but im finding i can still have yummy stuff..i just have to change how i do it.
 
jeez..ive been slippin at loggin on here..Just went up and made breakfast for my mom & dad...38 yr anniversary! unbelievable!
I have a screaming uti..and i feel like crap..think im taking today off from working out just until tomorrow... not up to it..ill be back w/ my food for today

Yeah..ive got to get back to it all this week...i havent logged my food...nothin! I was sick on Friday so i didnt exercise the last couple of days..yikes..gotta get back to it!
I hope everyone had a great 4th of July.. mine was good... now its back to the grind. Ill be back later to log my diary!

Ugh sorry your were sick that sucks!, glad you had a great 4th of july(my Cananda day was great!)ive been slacking in the whole eating department just been eating too much time to get back on track lol. ;)
 
me too.. im back now..my computer has been on the fritz and ive been totally unmotivated..havent lost but havent gained..time to get back on the horse so to speak! I went to see Bryan Adams & Def Leppard last nite...wicked awesome! Im exhausted though..did go for a walk..but im thinking tomorrow Ill do a good workout.

walked 1 hr...nothing killer, did crunches & pushups

gotta get some sleep tonight...zzzzzzzzzzzz im too old for this 2 am stuff!
 
Concert cool :cool: glad you had some fun! ugh im so not into it either ive been really slacking lately. sucks lol its almost 2 am here and im wired i had too much coffee today(4 large Tims i usually drink none lol)oh and i managed to eat a whole pineapple to my self!(it was small but i ate it! :eek: )dunno what i was thinking well i guess its better than a whole bag of chips lol.
way to go keeping with the exercise. keep up the good work! :)
 
I love pineapples..yummy.. Yeah ive been slackin too..today im going to try to start sliding back into it

D: 3 bean salad, 2 tbsp ham salad, some macaroni salad... tomatos ..just a cornocopia of stuff...1 slice of sweet bread for dessert.

Oh im soo failing..but im slowly getting my tush back in gear..I hate being fat more than getting back to it...so here i go

B: bowl of cherios w/ blueberries, bananas, soy milk
1/2 mini bagel
coffee w/ lite cream

L: 2 eggs scrambled w/ leftover steak 2 oz
toast & coffee...its one of those days... 1/2 c potatos...not good

S: I should have a stomach pump after that lunch..but ill have a piece of fruit & some nuts

D: green salad w/ no meat... soy milk 1 cup
fruit salad for dessert

exercise: mini trampoline for 15 min, squats, pushups, crunches & cardio tape.

water 100 oz

L: mixed veggies w/ grilled chic & 1/2 cup risotto
1 pear

S: protein shake w/ soy milk

D: 3 bbq ribs & 2 pieces of corn

exercise: hand washed & waxed my car... 1 hr
went for a hr hike carrying the baby on my back whew and it was hot!

Oooo you washed and waxed the car!!! man thats a work out, worth at least a bizzilion cals(can you tell i hate doing it lol) good for you K. keep it up :)
 
Yeah and of course i got some of the wax on the freekin plastic parts and now im going to have to scrub it off...unreal..this is why i pay someone else to do it!
