Ok.. lunch was couscous w/ asparagus, broccoli, chicken & cherry tomotoes. a peanut granola bar for dessert, 1 4 oz V8

S: protein shake

D: chicken chili, 4 oz yogurt

water 100 oz
 
Woohoo lets take out all the skinny blond chicks(well only if shes one of those i can eat anything and not gain an ounce skinny blond chicks lol im such a hater ;) )lol thats too funny, sounds like your having a blast though, keep it up im amazed at everything your trying, way to go! :)
 
Ok.. today has been a busy but a good day..no exercise yet..but ill work it in.
B: 1 pkg oatmeal, egg white (2) cinnamon
coffee w/ milk no sugar

S: small slim jim & handful of peanuts

L: 3 chic selects from mcdonalds, 1/2 a small fry, 1/2 a yogurt parfait (shared w/ my son)

S: protein shake

D: chic chili w/ 1 slice of olive bread 1 cheese stick
a 1/2 slice of lemon chiffon cake (175 cal) from my mommy :-D

water 100 oz

I will do my resistance machine today and jumping jacks & push ups, mini trampoline.

I am amazed I can go into Mcdonalds and only eat half of a small meal and feel ok about it... I feel so in control...even though i had to go somewhere that has bad choices I did the best i could w/ those poor choices... the salads here looked questionable so other than get ecoli or salmonella from them sitting forever I gave it back to her and got the chicken...
 
You're doing great with your food! Not to mention getting all that FUN exercise in! Keep it up girl! :) Way to go on getting your son involved too!
 
Good for you girl!!Way to get control, i think its a long weekend for you guys in the states hope your having a good time :)

Thanks L... Its been an interesting day..but I did get to go dancing last nite and I for the first time wore real jeans..and they are a size 20...and I look good in them. I felt great and friends of mine commented on how good im looking. Im down 2 more lbs today..so im very happy about that...2 lbs a week is perfect.

Food for yesterday

B: 1/2 banana

S: pkg oatmeal w/ 2 egg whites

L: 1/2 roast beef & red pepper sandwich w/ no dressing, 1 4 oz yogurt, 1 granola bar

S: protein shake

D: 3 chicken selects from MCdys...on my way to dancing..and lots of water all day

water 140 oz at least

exercise...walked 3 miles this day and danced hard for at least 2 hrs... I figure i had an easy 1000 cal burn today

Ok...and today, saturday

B: oatmeal w/ banana
coffee w/ nonfat creamer
S: protein shake

L: 1/2 bologna sandwich on 1 slice of wheat, peanut granola bar, 1 apple

S: 1 drinkable smoothie from stonyfield farms 120 cal

D: chic marsala & salad B-day dinner!
1 beer

no exercise today... very tired from yesterday...cleaned the house alot and did some gardening so it wasnt a loss...

Way to go K :D :) gotta love new jeans,bet you look great :D congrats on getting compliments from your friends, it always feels good when ppl notice a diffrence. ooo cant wait til i go dancing again i think some time in june, i dunno what it is once you get married the going out goes down hill and life gets in the way so we plan far in advance lol :) glad you had a great time for your bday :)
 
Thanks ladies... yeah my b-day party has been fun.. we all played badmitton in the rain.. we played so hard we ruined 2 rackets... and my partner was covered in mud when we were done.

L: 3 pork ribs, 2 small slices of chic, 2 tbsp potato salad, 2 tbsp of pasta salad, roasted veggies
1 slice of angel food cake w/ raspberries

D: 2 ribs, salad, 1 slice of chicken


water: 96 oz

exercise..lots of running around playing outside, 1 hr of badmitton, also lots of house cleaning, etc
 
extreem badmington ;) wow havent played that in a while, girl you sound like your always having fun, good for you, you must be a blast to be around :) glad you had fun
 
OH yeah..you know it.. They all thought i am nutso..but it ended up being fun and a good workout too... so you win w/ both situations!
I also never drank any alcohol yesterday which most of the parties we have had i always have something.. I drank water all day. Its amazing how much ive changed my mind set.
Food today so far:
B: oatmeal, 2 egg whites, latte w/ skim milk

no snack...forgot
L: roasted veggies, 1 mini bagel w/ cheese, 2 slices of chicken. last piece of angel food cake :-D

S: pear, 1 slice of cheese

D: steak, salad, baked potato

exercise...30 min cardio, 20 min resistance..on my way right now :-D

S: 1 hard boiled egg, 8 cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup coffee w/ nonfat creamer

D: 6" roastbeef on wheat subway sandwich all the veggies, sweet onion dressing, 2 slices of american

Water 128 oz

exercises: new fat burning 40 min workout-Kathy Smith totally awesome!

Ok.. ended up having a snack at 9pm...very bad I know...but that half sandwich burned right thru me...and i was hungry after my pottery class. I had a 1/4 cup of taboli & about 10 blue corn tortillas...

Wed:
B: blueberry muffin, skim lattee

S: oatmeal, 1 hard boiled egg

L: other half of my RB subway, 4 oz yogurt
ended up sharing my lunch w/ my 13 month old who ate most of my yogurt & some of my sandwich... didnt pack enough food & he wanted my stuff!
S: not sure about the rest here

Exercise: 2 mile power walk...we did intervals... pushed it for 2 minutes hard, then slowed up to a good pace and did this the whole walk... stretched and cooled down after, 40 min
abs, arm weights

dont worry so much about the snack, your body was telling you its hungry and you kept it healthy. good for you your doing great :D

when you eat close to your bed time all it does is your body feeds on the cals you just ate as opposed to the ones stored in your body. "they" say that your body will feed on muscle during the night anyways (thats why BB usually eat a little something before bed)
sorry to on about it lol. your doing good girl,(saw you went to the nutritionist, was her advice helpfull? is it something your thinking about following?) :D
