Rest of my food diary
L: foccacia bread w/ eggplant, roasted red peppers, spinach, feta, etc..lots of veggies..too much bread though..Ill be working out again tonight
S: cup of coffee...i guess i did have too much bread cuz im tired and feel lowgy...didnt eat anything either..woops
D: bisquick pie w/ ground turkey, summer squash, carrots, & peppers, 1 dash of parm cheese, 1 cup of shredded cabbage w/ sesame dressing on it.
1/2 a bosc pear.
2 FC, 1 multivitamin
96 oz of water
probably will have a snack around 8..but it will be a yogurt of somethin
more exercise...kickboxing, jumping jacks, jogging in place... 30 min total w/ more crunches
