yeah it makes exercising fun so I'm more likely to do it with those!
Ok so yesterday I am gonna name as my cheat day, had busy day and was out of my room from 10am to 12pm so didn't have time to exercise even though I really wanted to. Also didn't eat very well but I resisted having a burger king so not to bad.
Went to a Tv show recording and saw Boyzone, Alesha Dixon and Martin Freeman
Also when we were sitting by the River Thames I thought I saw Dominic Cooper (from Mama Mia) and kept looking at him cause we weren't sure but he kept walking past us then he got a phone call and I herd his voice and it was definately him! lol I Looooooove him! So was a brilliant day but not so much weight loss wise.
But will do lots today to make up for it

its funny, your meals look a lot what i normally eat... have you felt energized by the time you work out, or are you fatigued? i feel like sometimes the foods we eat just arent enough, even though it seems like we are eating throughout the day. I have a bad habit of not eating, so when i eat consistently, i think i'm ok since im eating... but if im working out, i actually FEEL when ive eaten enough and when i havent.
hula hooping is HARD! you must all have really strong midsections!
