Sticking to it!

Yesterday I woke up late so all I ate was my cereal, a 6 inch chicken breast subway and a pop tart. Had 3 small glasses of wine but I was on a date so can't really say no.
Didn't have time to do my exercise so gonna try and work abit harder today. Also got lots of revision to do. But again I woke up feeling slimmer than when I do exercise, weird? Not that thats gonna stop me! Need to look hot for summer :D

Ok today is my official cheat day, me and a friend are going for chinese tonight yummy! But we have been revising all day and I have an exam tomorrow :( havent eaten much else all day so the calories shouldnt be too bad, ill try and make good choices lol

Thank you! :D
Went to nandos instead and has chicken breat in pitta on its own instead since the chinese was closed, maybe its a sign?
Just had a bit of chocolate though, im sure it would have been alot more had i had chinese though we will see how i feel in the morning lol

Nando's is MUCH better! What country do you live in? I thought Nando's was South African. (Where I live).

Definitely do the exercise. Maybe you just feel slimmer without it because your muscles feel weaker and more dainty? You feel strong and solid when you exercise, and that's a good feeling!

Yeah that sounds true actually! I like it when I can feel hard muscles underneath. Im off to do my exercise now, missed it again yesterday but I was revising for my exam I had this morning so I'm not too annoyed at myself.
Im in the UK, I think they have Nando's all over the world? I'm not sure, I looove it though :D

Just did my super-sculpt section wooah is it tough! Interval training with lots of lunges, weights etc. Im sure I'll be feeling that tomorrow :D
Sorry I haven't been able to post much in your diaries guys just really busy with lots of deadlines at the moment but that will all end soon wooop! Thank you for all the support!

Woke up this morning and wow do my legs hurt! Gonna try and do that section again though cause I like feeling the burn, I know its definitely working.
Also when I get back from uni gonna try and do some Wii Boxing :boxing:
Run out of milk so I had weetabix with peanut butter on top for breakfast, It was actually really nice!

Had work today and I'm sooo tired, also my legs are still hurting from 2 days ago, I'm sure they wont feel much better tomorrow after running up and down stairs all day. Did my 5 minutes of sit ups this morning.

Food:
Breakfast: Country Crisp + Semi-Skimmed Milk.
Lunch: Salad (Lettuce, Peppers, Cucumber and Red Cabbage) and Country Vegetable Soup with 3 wheat crackers.
Dinner: Hot Weetabix + Semi-Skimmed Milk.
Treat: 3 Hobnobs

I know I need to start eating a proper dinner, and I will, its just the easiest thing after a long day at work and something I crave! Guess its better than getting in an ordering a pizza :)

Eurovision tonight!! Anyone here watch it?

Woke up this morning feeling abit fat despite not eating that much yesterday, I think its helped motivate me though :) Just did 10 minutes yoga and muscle exercising +5 minute hula hoop on the Wii Fit then 45 minutes on Wii Boxing! Gonna try and go on the dance-mat for 30 minutes later if no one is using the TV then will do my 5 minute sit ups when I get back to uni later. So all in all if I achieve the last two thats 1 hour and 35 minutes in one day woop!
For breakfast I had my normal country crisp, quite a big bowel though cause there would have been a tiny bit left in the box otherwise.
Having a Sunday roast today which will be chicken, lots of veg (brussels, carrots, cabbage etc) roast potatoes and yorkshire pudding
That will most likely be all I eat as that fills me up all day and we eat it about 3/4.

Yesterday went quite well, after my roast dinner snacked on strawberries.
Didn't manage to do any more exercise but it was still an hour in all so I'm really pleased with that :) Got loooots of work to do today have a major deadline on Wednesday and still have about 3500 words to write yikes!
Probably going out tonight - despite the deadline, haven't seen my best friend in ages so going clubbing. Not gonna drink though and I usually dance all night about 4 hours. Can I count that as my cardio?
Will try and fit in some today if I have time anyway

Just did 15 minutes of situps / squats with weights.
Decided I'm gonna focus more on weight training as thats primarily what I want (to tone up), will just be nice to loose a few pounds along the way and I'll do that with my eating.
And I'm going out dancing tonight :D

hey kirsty... ur approaching ur month mark... how has the physical progress on your body been so far?

Hey wow nearly a month!
I can definitely feel my body toning up, my abs feel alot harder and my arms and legs are starting to aswell. Just need to work on the little layer of fat thats still hiding them. Glad I've actually kept it up this time.
Its weird but in the last two days I haven't craved sugar and I always do! So gonna try and hold out for a while. Thinking of not letting myself have a treat till I finish all my essays that are due on wednesday

Ahh just did an allnighter! Definitely not doing that again but I have a deadline tomorrow and really wanted to get my work finished by today. Therefore my eating pattern is a bit messed up. Munched on a few to many biscuits while doing it but ahh well it kept me going and was an extreme circumstance! So tired now but won't be able to sleep till tonight. Aiming to snack on alot of fruit today, have apples and pears and wholemeal pitta with humous yummmy! Won't be able to weigh myself till saturday so hopefully if im good from today i might drop a pound

Just did 20 minute interval training on my mini stepper while holding weights. Haven't used it for ages cause it sometimes makes an annoying squeaking sound but now it seems to be fine :) feel like I got quite a good workout, im all sweaty which is always a good sign! Watched Biggest Loser while doing it which helped keep me motivated
Gonna do my sit ups in a minute too. Really determined to drop a pound this week, might start measuring aswell.

congrats on kicking the sugar cravings... i still have to get to that point. salt and sugar. my enemies. have you lost any scale weight? just curious.... i know its harder for the ones who dont have much to lose, to actually LOSE weight.

Thank you! I kind of gave in last night when I was extremely tired and stressed, my weakness is biscuits because I can't just eat one! I'm not gonna bring any back to uni next week then I can't be tempted!
I have but it's so easy for me to put it back on, if I have one heavy meal it take a few days to get that off again. Its not necessarily the number on the scale that annoys me, just that I'm toning up and still have that pouch of fat that sits at the bottom of my belly. So as I'm toning my abs and they are getting bigger it looks like my belly is lol ah well I know muscle burns more than fat so hopefully it will slowly go.

Ok tonight's gonna be hard, been good all day but got a date tonight going to a bar when its all you can drink lol and I drank last night! And have only had 2 hours sleep in the 24 hours. Grr bodys gonna hate me tomorrow. It's a bit hard when your seeing someone though. Uni makes loosing weight so much harder, at home I can do it easily as it always a bit more structured whereas at uni I'm more likely to do stuff spur of the moment. Ahh well I guess I'll just try my hardest. Not long til I finish uni anway woohooo!

Ok havent been on in the past few days, been a very hectic week with an exam, assignment deadline and seeing someone new. Have drank alot, at quite alot and and haven't had much sleep, but tomorrows the start of a new week :)
Have signed up for a 2 week trial membership at Fitness First For Women near my uni, £27 for 2 weeks. Since I'm only gonna be at uni for about 3 more weeks I can see what its like and decide whether to join again when I get back. Gonna go every day if I have the time and have decided to try and cut out sugar.

So aims for next few weeks are:
To go to the gym everyday (excluding saturdays because I'll be back home)
Cut down on sugar (meaning chocolate, biscuits etc)

I'll weigh in next week and really wanna see it go down so this is my motivation!
