Thank you all for your encouragement, sweatpea, tyly, Sam, Luscious!! I'm hoping I'm going to see a downward trend now.
So the weight thing is still driving me nuts. Hubby has decided that I'm more depressed because of the amount of time I spend counting calories and logging every single food that I eat and then once I see an increase (even though I've eaten less etc) that it hits me harder.

I'm hoping to see the numbers start moving down again rather than going up too.
I need to take my measurements as Sam suggested. My pant/short size still seems the same, although I did go shopping yesterday and found a dress that I thought was cute. It's a halter dress (from Kohl's) and I tried on a size 10 and it was the slightest amount too big, and I thought there would be no way an 8 would fit, but I was WRONG. It fit me perfectly. I know I won't fit into an 8 pants anytime soon, but I was so happy to see this dress fit so well.
I'm in a size 11-12 pant. the 12's are starting to feel a little looser on me, but I'm still a ways from a 10.
This weekend we went to a birthday party for my friends 4 yo. We had a great time. There was this pond that we took a walk around and then spent 30 or so minutes skipping rocks across. It was so much fun!
I got an invitation to a childhood friends baby shower (she is also married to my 1st cousin) but the invite came the weekend before the shower, and well, It's 5 hours away! UGH. Now I see why you send out invites and such before. Will it be terrible if I not go? Plus, she hasn't registered anywhere.. so I'm not sure what to get her.
Volleyball starts this week. We have a practice tonight, and our first game is Thursday! I'm hoping my finger (the one I tore a ligament on) can work without tape, but I'm afraid to try--hmm.. maybe I'll see how I can do setting with tape on the finger and then go from there. Now though, I'm going to have to start doing my strength training at a different time.. either before or after the games depending on their time.
