has there been any changes measurements wise?
eating at maintenance or close to it can cause a little bit of weight gain in people -but it shouldn't stay on long...
dont' stress over it pretty lady![]()
My pants are tighter around the waist. I ate at maintenance in November and lost 5lbs. Now I' fucking gaining.
A year and 4 months I have been killing myself with exercise and have been eating impeccably and only lost 10lbs just to gain 5lbs back. I am young and super active, my metabolism shouldn't be so fucked up because of my thyroid. I was 130lbs before getting pregnant, my body should not be holding on to this fat like this. It defies nature! I can outrun guys in the USAF that are way thinner than me. My muscles are rock hard beneath the bodyfat and I burn 600-800 calories per workout 3-5 times a week with only 1500 calories/day. My dietician has tweaked my diet so many times that she has run out of options other than just changing the thyroid meds and waiting til the hormones get straightened out.
This is sooo goddamned frustrating! I haven't had a cigarette in years but this is making me want one! I have used running and weight training to help relieve stress from all of this but it's no longer working. It just makes it worse because now I think "why the hell am I doing this? it's not doing any fucking good." Grrrr! I don't need this added stress right now.

See, I told ya you'd drop them fast.
