Starting is the first and hardest step!!!

Hey buddy! I agree with Ivette -- counting calories really helps. Before I started counting, I didn't realize how many calories I was actualyl consuming. I was WAYY under-estimating what I was actually eating. Get a scale as well adn you can weigh everything out and know EXACTLY wahts going into your body! :) let us know if u need any assistance!! :)
 
Ok

OK im still continuing doing my reguar exercies im going to take your advise and buy a food scale to check how im eating. I could do exercies its just the way I eat it really meses me up allot im that kind of guy that gets the munchies in the night. Everything looks so good in the night! But im strugling not to fall in temptaion, usually when I cant handle it I eat fruit and lots of water it really helps out.
 
you know... it sounds really crazy... but i used to eat ALOT at night but after i started this lifestyle change i just stopped... i was able to fight the urge for midnight munching just by thinking "is it really worth my health, and looking good to eat that" also you do realize that eating right before you go to bed isnt very good for you... when its time for bed your body slows down... and while your sleeping it gives your digestive system a chance to detoxify your body =P if you eat right before you sleep it forces your system to have to work hard and have you noticed how uncomfortable it can be when you try to sleep on a full stomach? i know if i binge eat right before going to bed i wake up with a bloated icky feeling lol^^

btw... 2 in the morning to talk to your gf? lol... i usually talk to my boyfriend from like 10:30 to 1am ... and various times throughout the day... and we text every chance we get. =D
 
Its raining

Now this really blows I live in LA and right now and its raining!!! You guys I always do my exercies outdoors what do I do now? Does anybody know any indoor exercies? Like any cardio?

Well this is the second day that I havent really worked out. But thanks to some good friends like Ivette andAngelica im going to start working out inside my house. Do some basic exercies untill the rain stops. Ok thanks for the support pez out!

YEAH thats the same way I feel,just cudling up with a warm blanket and going to sleep but I have to keep going and not give up in my work out
 
good luck getting some indoor exercise, there is a lot you can do with just bodyweight exercises :)

Yeay!!!

Alright it stoped raining! I was able to acomplish my exercies due to the fact that there was no rain today. So I did 45mins of cardio and 30 sit ups the regular u know and I played some soccer with my bros like about an hr so today was a preaty good day to workout. But I have a confesion againa ive been making poor decisions in what I eat. Its because since I wasnt doing any exercies these days I was like mor tempted to eat something thats not so healthy. The good thing is that I wasnt pigging out like I used to but still they were poor decisions that I made. The othe thing that sucks is that my mom likes to make food thats not healthu at all so its like more easier to give in temptaion. Well I know that is not a excuse bit its just a litle harder to eat healthy when your mom is making (tacos) u know? Thats why I was so impress with Ivette when she was able to turn down junk food with her friend!!! wow that for me is powerful like mind blowing! I going to shape up the way I eat 4 real ok

alright i havent been posting that much because ive been doing my regular exercies I think its time to step it up a notch!!! maybe do 5 more sit ups or 10 more mins of cardio. man I still dont have a weight scale everytime im going to get one my brother talks me out of it saying (dont worrry ill get u one from work) so I get discourage of buying one and this sucks because there preaty inexpensive and I feel like getting one even if its a non elctrinic one at least it will be a good start u know what im talking about guys?....... o sorry angelica for passing you my lazzzinessss its very cathchy jajaja
 
Yeah Juan step it up a notch and start eating healthy...:hurray: Eating is step one... so you better keep it up and eat healthy and yeah excersize.. do 25 more situps not just five even if it hurts.. and buy some weights and run around the block.. get on that bike... :hurray::cheers2:Do it Juan!! Rain!!!

OK sorry for not coming posting in the forum everyday but im still keping up with my daily exercies. Monday I was doing my regular exercies and right about half way in the bike trail its starts aprinkeling. And im like (please god dont let it rain im vearly half way!!!) ....im not sure if he heard me or he dint wanted to answer my prayer jajaja but BAM!!! like in 3 mins the rain just poured down from the sky!!! but u know what? Its was preaty cool I enjoyed it!!! The rain was refreshing it fealt awsome!!! So maybe God knew that I was going to like it and he put it. I dont know jajaja.Today on Tuesday was even better!!! So u guys know that most of my work out consist of me using my bycle. But my tires needed air ive been using it like that since I started but I really neded air in my tires. It was a big strugle at first but I got used to it. Today I was able to find my air pump and filled up my tires. WOW I was able to acomplish like 3 times the distance I normally did when my tires were almost flat. Its like... Goku from Dragon Ball Z (its a cartoon) jajaja if anybody has seen it jajaaja!!! Well he use to practise in intense gravity and whenhe came ou of it he was allot more faster and stronger jajaja... sorry I had flash backs of cartoons sometimes
