Hey buddy! I agree with Ivette -- counting calories really helps. Before I started counting, I didn't realize how many calories I was actualyl consuming. I was WAYY under-estimating what I was actually eating. Get a scale as well adn you can weigh everything out and know EXACTLY wahts going into your body!

Eating is step one... so you better keep it up and eat healthy and yeah excersize.. do 25 more situps not just five even if it hurts.. and buy some weights and run around the block.. get on that bike...
