Just a flying visit before bed to let you know how I got on today...

Breakfast - weetabix 190
snack - cup-a-soup 40
lunch - chicken - 600
snack sandwiches 300

Total cals 1130

I had a big lunch and snack this afternoon - I'm so full from that I haven't eaten since! :eek:

Exercise was 1.6 miles at lunchtime and a walk to and from the leisure center plus an hour of running around playing football.

Stupid scales! :mad: Weigh in Wednesday has gone wayward! :p

Well, okay, not that bad. I lost 2 pounds this week but I really had my heart set on another 4 or 5 pound loss, breaking into the 200s AND being within touching distance of moving from 'morbidly obese' into 'obese' on the bmi scales, so although I've done perfectly well, I can't help feeling a little disappointed.

BUT! I'm now more determined than ever and what's more, I'm gonna try my very best to catch up this week by doing a little more exercise each day and staying well clear of the party food! lmao!

Okay, today's meals were...

breakfast - weetabix 190
lunch - ham salad 120
post-work munchies - 2 ham buns & 2 sausage rolls 700
tea - tomatos and bread 114
pud - rice pudding 348

total cals 1472

exercise was a 1.6 mile walk at lunchtime

Had a scary incident during my walk - if I may invite you into my mind to read a replay of my thoughts...

"Brrr, winds a bit chilly up here, still the ducks dont seem to mind. Awww, they're so cute - apart from those muscovy ducks, they're plain ugly! Aww look at those mallards, the boy one is doing some sort of dance, what's he doing bobbing his head up and down like that? Oh, now the girl one's doing it too - aww that's really cut.........hang on, he's jumped on her back....OH MY GOD! THEY'RE GETTING IT ON!"

Isn't it sad that the ducks have a better sex life than I do? :rolleyes: Or is it sadder that I was tittering to myself about it all the way around the walk? :p :p

My weight has been at a stand still for 2 or 3 weeks. I'd KILL for a 2 lb. loss, be grateful. ;)

You're doing fantastic, congrats on the weight loss, keep going, the twosies are calling your name. :D

I reckon I've beaten the 300s now M2M, I've had a reasonable couple of days since weigh-in so I'm confident I'm over that milestone - not going to sit back and celebrate though, more milestones will be calling once it's confirmed on Wednesday! :cool:

Yesterday's Cals 1462
Yesterday's exercise 3.1 miles (split into 2 walks)

Went out this morning while the rain was still falling and before the sun was up :eek: , did one lap of my walk and felt soooo good, I went around again :D . According to google earth, 6.8 miles and I did it in 2hrs & 5mins :) Legs are a bit tired, but that's all good I guess. If I wasn't off out in 15 minutes, I'd have gone around again!!! :cool:

total cals 1467

In addition to my walk this morning, I walked to my mums and back, a total of 3 miles meaning today I walked 9.8 miles! :eek: :cool:
 
Okay, yesterday was a peak, today is a trough - I haven't walked at all today! :eek:

AND, I haven't counted my calories - but I haven't eaten that much, my usual breakfast, a sunday roast then tomato on toast for tea. Can't think it'd have broken my calorie targets by much.

On other matters, I had a letter the other day from the Inland Revenue demanding I pay them some overdue taxes. If I fail to respond immediately, they will take legal action against me!!! It's a very scary looking letter! :( The amount I owe? £1.98 (that's about US$3.87) :rolleyes: . I've been trying to work out exactly how to respond! I might ask to pay by installments! :p

Meaning I'm on 1080 so far. I'm off out in a bit and will be given free drinks (Woohoo! I love free! :D ), so I'm going to go for vodka tonight at approx 53 cals a shot. Doubt I'll do that many, but 10 will leave me only a bit over my target cals for the day. I'll see how it goes - and see if I can keep count of my shots :p
