The injury isn't too much of a problem. It's still sore but I can deal with a bit of pain **winks at Miss J**. Seriously though, the swelling has gone down now and the only real pain left seems to be from the skin that got damaged/burned by the astroturf.
Look out for me on Friday Peq, I'm gonna be a fully fledged 10 out of 10 if everything goes to plan!
And the news is... 5lbs lost!
I'm down to 296lbs now, finally under 300 but still in the morbidly obese bracket on the bmi scale. 2lbs more should get me out of that and into 'regular' obese, so that's my target for next Wednesday (seeing as exercise has dropped a bit today and I have the first of the festive parties coming up!)

Tea - Liver & salad (never cooked liver before, it was yummy!) 330

Didn't do my walk today, I decided to rest my knee. But I still did the little extras I usually do like getting off the bus early and walking up the hill home.
