Lost count of the cals today - I was on 635 and I've only had time for savaloy and (small) chips from the chip shop. Had mushy peas & 2 of my favourite pickled eggs too. No idea what I finished on for the day, no more than about 16 hundred I reckon.
Exercise was manic today... 1.6 miles at lunchtime, about 3 quarters of a mile to the leisure centre (must measure it on google earth), a game of football for an hour then the same distance back into town. Had to catch a bus that goes to the wrong end of my town so that meant another mile onto the total.
All in all, was really tired and flopped infront of the telly! lol
I promise to catch up with you all tomorrow. EEk, that'll be weigh-in-wednesday!
Okay, a nasty day at work led me to do a really angry 2.8 mile lunchtime stomp. It felt longer - maybe I was going faster or something? Anyway, that's been the sum total of today's exercise, so onto the cals...
meaning I'm on 1170 so far. I might have something later to get the count up a bit - a couple of beetroot sandwiches should come in at about the 230 mark which would leave me dead on 1400
Just did the weigh in and **drumroll** I've lost 5 pounds this week! Woohoo! I reckon I'll join Peq in the sub300 club next week at this rate.
