B- 1 pkg. weight control oatmeal and 1 c. SF/Tang
L- 1/2 serving {the rest of} left over beef 'n cheese casserole and a diet pepsi
S- apple
32 oz. water completed
D- 2 slices of pizza { 1 cheese - 1 with beef topping} - 1 c. fresh salad w/light ranch and a diet pepsi
48 oz. water total for today.
Exercise: None..
It was so hard to get away with it bein' hubby's last night off..
I was pretty busy as well.
I should have made time though..
