We totally know what you mean! Last winter I took off damn near 20 pounds in about 4 months because I was super diligent and everything. Needless to say, time flies, but if you want time to go by slower, go on a diet or QUIT something! :rotflmao: Trust me! Anyway, I put a bunch of weight back on and now I'm like, well shit! Here we go again....:rolleyes: Point being, keep doing it, don't stop, and don't get discouraged! :D

Glad you enjoyed the time with the H.

Your going to reach your goal I know it!! Stay positive, my weight loss is taking FOREVER, but I know eventually it will happen. I to want it really, really bad. But I think Steve has mentioned that taking time off is a must to, so your body can rest, then get it going again. I can't wait to see your pictures, I bet they are going to be gorgeous! IT is so pretty here today as well, sunny and perfectly 80 YEAH I love the fall!! Enjoy your walk. Talk to you later gator!

Yah... life's too short to be walking around and holding a grudge against oneself. If anything look at it this way: you're back to getting on a healthy track. You'll lose the weight. You just have to be consistent and determined. You're a strong woman, Stacy. You'll do it.. it just takes time and a lot of freakin' patience. :)

First off, GREAT walk

Second, I actually said out loud "OMG" when I saw the pond/park--damn, woman, you're lucky! I thought Santa Cruz was beautiful, sheesh! I'll have to take my camera along with me when I go running tomorrow..

Third, good for you Mami, makin the boy ride his bike! That's responsibility and good parenting right there in my humble opinion. He'll realize he needs to thank you for it someday!

Hello beautiful curvie girl.. ;)

Hi ya friends & diary! :)

CG: Thanks!

Last year he had athletics but this year he took the parenting class/health education. {I dread when he has ta bring that baby thing home and care for it!} :rotflmao:

He is almost 6 ft. tall - wears a mens 12 shoe - and is in good shape..

He is prone to gain a lil bit of weight in tummy/mid-section area though.

That's why I was so upset w/the school! I had no idea "they got to pick/choose athletics!" I still buy hubby/son stuff/junk they request but I think I'm going to have ta put my foot down about it.. If I can make healthy subs for junk, so can they! Cory{son} is starting to gain again. With him heading into high school next year, I want him to be healthy of course and feel good about himself, but I also want to protect him and keep him in shape..{kids are soooo cruel!}

LOL..That's why I love walking there soooo much! Just beautiful.
Can't wait to see yer pics!! :hug2:

Morning my friend!! HUGGLES back to you!! ****KIM throws out the love**** I can't wait to see pic's we all love them on here of course. hehehe:rotflmao: You know I was reading your food from yesterday and it's nice to see someone who eats cottage cheese AND olives, my family HATES black olives and I love them. LOL I think they are slightly high in fat, but they are yummy! remember putting those on your fingers as kids and eating them during Bque's cookouts?? Or was that just me?? LOL LOL I can eat that cottage cheese right out of the carton, mmmmm I haven't had it in a few months, thanks for reminding me.**Note to self, buy cottage cheese*** thxks! well, I hope you get a great walk in today, it's really pretty here in OKC, which usually means it's nice in TX as we end up with your weather most the time. LOL And I have to also say, good for you getting your son out for a bike ride, I rode my bike EVERYWHERE as a kid all the way up to age 17, maybe that's why I stayed think like a rail, it's when I stopped I started plopping on the pounds. Oh miss it!! Well, hope your day a nice one!
Kim

Hi ya sweetie-pie! ;)

That's why I counted the black olives out! :rotflmao: I could eat a whole can-just love them!

I have always loved cottage cheese..It's loaded with good stuff as well.

I didn't know you were in OK and so close!! :eek: How cool!

I have family in Durant.

I'm soooo glad our tornado season is over! {I hope..lol}

You would not believe how many close calls we had this summer!?

One bad one almost came right down on our complex..Sounded like a war zone with all the sirens going off.. We picked a bad spot! LOL

I had all of the neighborhood kids in my bathtub/bathroom..lol!
Their mom's are divorced and work long hours..They were not home..So I had to run around the complex like a mother hen and gather them all up.

They now know to just come right over if things like that ever happen again. lol

Oh I hear you on those tornados, if it wasn't for them, this place would be perfect! That's so sweet of you to gather all the kids and tell them there is an open door policy at your place if they ever need it, that's what a lot of complex's need. I had a couple close calls myself, as a few years ago me and the boys lived in Moore, where as you might know was the place that got wiped out in the 2004 I believe tornado, it was horrible! I had peoples shoes in my yard, OH MY! :eek: luckily, we moved out of Moore and near the lake, and ironically we don't have as much wind here, probably due to all the trees and we sit low, is my guess. I bet their moms consider you thier little angel. :)

:hug2: Thanks!

Glad yer in a safer area! Livin' in tornado alley sucks! :eek:

~~~~
OK..not gonna reach my goals today sittin' here playin' on the puter. :D
I have ta run to the post office - run other errands - exercise - walk ZuZu etc.. :)
That's EXCELLENT.
I never counted calories before Dec 06, and I lost 18 lbs in 4 months by diligently tracking EVERYTHING for that time....it really works! It's a pain in the ass, especially since it's best to mark the calories right after eating....but it works!
