Ok..As many of you have probably read, my materials came in yesterday..
Starting Sunday, I'll be following the Biggest Loser Plan/Begin counting cals..
I got the book- calorie counter guide -cookbook..
I have never counted cals before so this is all new to me.
I'm starting Sunday bc I still need time to read more, get to the store tomorrow and so on..

My Cals per day will be: 1,500
Jillian suggests a Food Journal/Diary which I have here of course.
She also wants me to answer these questions in my diary.
Why do you want to lose weight?
I want to lose weight bc #1 it is important for my health.
A 34-year-old- woman should not gasp for air after climbing stairs, feel sluggish all the time, and have more pain with RA due to weight gain.
#2 If I can't stand to look at myself - something is wrong.
I'm sick of wearing plus sized clothes and being limited to outfits bc I have to hide behind them. I can't wait to wear my shirts tucked in again!
I can't wait to show off a cute figure!
I'm sick of feeling like a bloated pig.
How will looking better benefit you?
I'll feel better emotionally first off.
Next, it'll be great shoppin' for fashion again and never again have to mix and match clothes. Most often all of my plain shirts/tops/etc come from the mens dept. Why? Because most stores now have changed all the sizes again..
A womens 1X feels/looks like a med. Other things just look/fit like maternity clothes/moomoo's! The only thing at this time that comes from the womens section is capri pants/jeans/things for my bottom half.
I can't wait to be stylish again!
With more energy, what will you do that you're not doing now?
I'll workout longer/more often.
I'll get out more to toot around town and make more time for myself.
I'll make more plans for the family so we can all become more active/get out more.
I'll be happier - more at peace. Energy relieves stress!
How will you feel if you do all of these things?
For once in my life I can claim Victory!
I can say: "I HAVE finished what I've started!
Good-Bye Past - Hello Tomorrow!"
I truly think I'll find "Stacy" again and it'll be awesome to look great/feel great!
Finally, Jillian wants me to set weekly goals and answer them different each week.. I'll start that Sunday..
I'm on page 49 of the book and it's a very great read and makes total sense to me. I LOVE their version of the Food Pyramid!
Can't wait to read on..
