B- Quaker oatmeal P&C/1 pkg. - 1 c. SF/Tang 145 Cals
S- Kashi Bar 140 Cals
L- Toasted Turkey Bacon Sammie: 2 sl. jennio turkey bacon - 1 sl. mg/ww bread cut in half - 1 tsp. light helm. mayo - 1 slice american cheese - 1 raw yellow onion ring{that was all the sammie} - 1 c. 1% milk - 1/3 c. 2% cottage cheese 369 Cals
40 oz. water completed
Diet DP
D- 2 - Turkey Melt Pitas: In the pita pockets: 1/3 C. cheddar cheese split between the two halves - light sprinkle of green onions, 2 oz. deli shaved turkey breast for each half, chopped romaine for each half, 1 tbs. helm. light mayo split for the two halves- Toasted in toaster oven until cheese melted.
1 1/2 C. romaine/veggie salad blend w/light drizzle of french dressing.
6 cracked pepper/olive oil triscuits
Kashi bar
1 1/2 C. 1% milk 1,040 Cals
Total Cals: 1,738

OMG..
First of all I had a freakin' cheese fest today!
2nd, I have learned my lesson to ALWAYS count cals before I freakin' eat, not after!!
My gosh, dinner did not look harmless at all! I was thinkin' maybe 600 cals..
Well, so much for my thinkin'!
I'm sooooo upset w/myself!
Welcome Back 1 lb. I just lost...
I worked so freakin' hard to lose that!
