You wanna come and clean my house?? lol Hope those storms didn't do any damage. We're supposed to get some nasty weather overnight and tomorrow. My poor cat--he hates thunder and slinks around the house crying. :(

Don't worry if your calories are high once in awhile. It helps keep your metabolism from getting complacent. Staves off those nasty plateaus. :)

Hey girl, excellent job on the calories. I also eat those 140 calorie Kashi bars, bought a huge box at Costco and they are quite filling when I come home from work and need a quick snack. Have a great day :)

It sounds like the weather behaved for you this time. I am pleased that you did not have as severe a problem as you feared.

You really do clean the house thoroughly. I never seem to get the time these days.

Good Morning my southern gal pal!! good to hear the storms went over you also, WHEWWWWWWWWW it was a little shaky for awhile, I HATE THOSE! :mad: Today, it's sunny and blue sky, AHHHHH now I LOVE THOSE!:beating: I'm going to try some of those Kashi products, I see them ALL the time and for some reason, I never stop to really check em out, I'm going to buy some this weekend and do me some good!! Great job on getting in crunches and leg lifts, your doing a great job as always!! Lots of hugs!!

Gosh, it's such a BEAUTIFUL day in Texas!

It's 79* right now w/ a cool breeze.. That will change up though bc the high will be 85* As long as it's not humid/muggy, this afternoon will be beautiful to!

I will also tackle the mountain! Omigosh, this hill just looks like a mountain to me.. lmbo! I will go down/up it as many times as I can after my laps around the pond. ;)

Man, that will be super great for my bootie, legs, just everything! :D

Not to mention how many cals I'll burn! *WooT!*

I have errands to run today as well..

Thank gosh the place is clean and laundry is done!

Now, all I have to do each day is spend around 30 mins. running through quickly picking up - swiffering - and it'll stay under control and clean..
I also quickly go over bathrooms w/lysol wipes..
I know...I'm a clean freak... Once it has been scrubbed down though, as long as I do my lil 30 min. routine each day, it won't need another scrub down for a while!

Gosh, I sound like a freakin' commercial! :rotflmao:

HSN or QVC should give me a call! ;)

I know I download a ton of it on my IPOD. LOL LOL I love the old stuff, and actually I love the stuff from even further back then that. I'm a big time jazz, blues girl, I LOVE IT ALL! I answered your question in my post about today, but for some weird reason it didn't post your message instead it put on my girls before that, I don't know why that happens sometimes. :rolleyes:
