jamming to metallica,I did my stationary bike to(rob zombie)

Holy crap, girl! You're starting to get just as bad as Kimberly, staying up all hours of the night, leaving messages in anything and everything. HA! jk (but Kimberly really does that.. gotta love that woman! haha) Don't forget, sleep is VERY important when trying to lose weight. Okay, Mommy's spoken and now it's time to dance around my house to the Cure. LOL!

I am sure that everything will go well with the weighing and measuring.

Remember if going up and down stairs burns extra calories - and I am sure that it does - it doesnt really matter what the pedometer calculates was used - the body always calculates correctly and you will not lose out. You will lose the extra weight / inches. All it means is that you do not feel you have the option of eating a chocolate bar with those calories instead of using them to drive your weight loss. Since you are focused - you wouldnt opt to do that anyway.

You mention getting hungry when shopping. I take a half litre bottle filled with water and a banana on my long walk. It means that if I get hungry I can stop and have a pre-breakfast. Then I have my weetabix when I get home. I find bananas easy to carry in a bag because you peel it so it so you dont have to keep it clean - but it peels really easily. Maybe you should consider something similar when going shopping.

I think that you look fine in the photo that you have posted. You mention being concerned about a double chin. I had a really big double chin which has gone down a lot really recently. As you know I still have a lot of weight to lose - so I was really pleased when it went down (especially since it has only just gone - perfect timing before the reunion). I have recently started massaging moisturiser into my face and neck in the morning and at bedtime. I only started doing it because I have been watching quite a lot of plastic surgery programs on television and some people get covered in wrinkles which makes them look old before their time. I have long had such a layer of fat under my skin that this has never been an issue - but I got concerned about going out walking as I was trying to erode the layer of fat. Anyway, I can only think that the massaging moisturiser has helped the double chin to decide that it would be the next bit of fat to go away.

I'm so inspired so my goal this week is to really start gettin' a lot more execise..

I started off slow to help my out-of-shape bootie get a grip, and also to becareful with my RA issues..

I think my body can handle more now. :)
