Hey all.
Today has been good food-wise. I'm sticking to my guns well this week! Excercise front isn't too great though. I went to aqua-fit last night, but I was totally tired out by the time I got in from work this evening and ended up opting out of the the gym. Oops.
I am hoping to get it in tomorrow, between getting home from work and going out to the cinema, but if I'm feeling knackered again I know I'll be tempted not to go. We shall see.
On the up-side, a new workout DVD arrived today and I've glanced through it -looks great.

Can't wait to give it a try on Thursday morning!
I am a bit excited because I tried on a pair of trousers the other day in the next size down from what I'm currently wearing (I'm currently UK size 14) and I actually got into them and they actually did up! They looked a little on the tight size though so I didn't get them. I know after a few more lbs they are going to fit right, and I'm going to BUY MYSELF a pair.


It will be a greatttttt feeling.
Ok I'll stop ranting now.
