Still feeling sub par. Woke up with the nausea/light-headed thing again and had to sit a few times to get it to pass. No I'm not pregnant.
I thought I'd run today. I started some HIIT stuff and was thrashed from the beginning. What is UP with me??! I did 10 min warm up at 10 min pace and then 3 min at 8:00 pace, 3 min 10 min pace. After 20 minutes of this my heart rate was at 160 (this is super high for me) and I was shaky and sick feeling. I stopped and got something to drink and felt like I might either throw up or pass out. so I went and sat down a little while. Determined still I went to do some stairs. Got 10 min into that..same feeling came. So I quit feeling pretty defeated. I've not had a good workout yet this week and I've hardly done anything to warrent it
