Spin was awesome this morning. I was going to go to the 3pm one as well but ended up going to our community pool and swimming some. Lighter workout but I sweated pretty heavily this morning at spin.... so i got a pool pass so I can go in anytime....i read and texted and listened to my mp3. Tomorrow I will go do the weight class at 8 am, that seems to have really helped me with the plateau i was on.

As far as food, I am doing very nicely. I was over in points yesterday but I have been keeping pretty active.

I am happy to say that I had a job interview today..and sad to say..well it was mostly data entry which i am over qualified for..but anyway i had a chance to practice interviewing and ask the lady how she liked my resume..and it went well. If it gets offered I will turn it down as I can make more on unemployment because it would cost me more money in gas...

Okay so some other good news is that I am swimming in the dresses I wore just 3 months ago...I am going to wash and clean them and press them and take them all to consignment shop.....I have a few coats as well I can take.....I am going to hold off on jeans and such...

It pains me to take some in because I love my dresses but alterations cost alot and I think I can find some on clearance if I get a job soon...or even at the consigment..there are some cute stuff there...

I have a blackberry and cuz of that i text ALOT and am on msn constqantly but it really is nice, I can talk to any on eanywhere at any time, which comes in handy specially when so many ppl are in diff times zones...

Im glad to see you doing so much and trying diff things:) I think of you often even tho I havent been arond, I think however i will make an attempt to start posting agian, my food and etc etc...


Turns out Ive been enimic adn that is why ive been so knocked on my ass, since I have started taking iron supps, Im felling great and so alive and back to myself:)

...damn!!! 2 classes in one day?!?!...that is some NO WALKING talk for the next day....Great job for even thinking it!...hahah....Lately too, I have been motivated wanting to squeeze in a couple workouts daily...(at least thinking about it..hahah ;) ..)

...Glad you went on the interview...but FUCK...sucks when you are overqualified...
...I hear ya...unemployment is where a lot of people are at right now...and the sad part is that sometimes you really do MAKE MORE ON UNEMPLOYMENT than not...:(....go figure.

well bare you know i can't let you down... Good job on classes and being over qualified?? well i feel you on the clothes... i've dropped from 46 to 36/34. and i can only take using a belt so much before i crack and buy new clothes. today we celebrated one fo the owner's birthday. had a little cake and milk good times. i'm still testing out my eating more experiment lol. we'll see if it works... oh and thanks for coming by my thread regularly and such. always appreciated.
 
HEY I am off to work out but wanted to say I am down to 153.8...this morning...4 pounds from under 150....geez geez and it was just a week and 1/2 ago i was bitching about a plateau...

well not much to say this morning. i didnt go spin..the instructor has been off all week and so i thought probably no one would take her class today so i thought i would take this morning to do a quick powerclean of my house.

thinking of some ways of making money....i put some clothes in consignment yesterday..all my XL dresses and some shirts...they are cute as hell..the lady at the shop said they will go fast....my mom told me to keep them..i was like why?? do u think i am going to get fat again??? i think i am going to put up some flyers to do administrative work and scanning services....also my brother has a booth at a local antique market...might put some stuff in there.

anyway....

all is good on the diet front and exercise front...walked 2 miles yesterday morning then biked for about 45 minutes last night....did 50 sit ups and other ab work when i got home....feeling good :)

my goodness its been such a tough 24 hours. my kitty is very very sick and i ended up in the emergency vets last night because she was sneezing/wheezing and throwing up..she started panting which means she was severely dehydrated. after 345 bucks and lots of tears she is home withe me but not out of the woods....she has barely moved today.

i ended up going and doing a kettlebell workout last night with my spin instructor (she is also a friend of many years)...it was hard but worth it. i didnt do any workout today...i havent taken a day off in weeks really i will probably get my weights out during the biggest loser reruns and workout while its on.

my diet is pretty much right on...i drank my weekly wine last night but nothing tonight...and i am within my WW points no problem.

i am proof that you dont have to starve yourself to lose the weight. for instance for dinner i had lean turkey burger with provolone cheese on aunt millies sandwich thins,.,(arnolds is also a good brand)..had lettuce tomato and mustard on the burger...then i had grilled zuchinni and grilled squash...and made some cabbage type soup...so all of this was just about 7 points....and it was delish

i also made a nice dessert of sugar free banana pudding over stawberries blueberries a few of those little cakes you make strawberry shortcake out of and fat free cool whip.....i havent figured the points out but i think about 3 points a serving

if you are struggling just keep going and trying and experimenting with foods and recipes...you can be totally satisfied while losing weight....

to be honest i am very afraid of pictures....because for some reason, i still look big in mirrors and pics. isnt that crazy. when i walk by a window and see my reflection i cringe. damn....i wish i didnt feel like that. i need to go lift 36 pounds and say HAY THAS ALOTTA WEIGHT!

Someone took pics of me and hubby at the wedding but i havent received them...thats one bad thing about the digital age.

Didnt go to weight lifting class this morning..i wish there was one like at noon :)....i can do some stuff here at the house and then jump on my bike. mixing it up is great.....loving my bike sooooo much.

i need to decide what i am doing for school.

down another 3/4 pound 153 exactly...

i almost see 152 on the scale --- 3 pounds till the 140's

i feel the same way i felt when i was at 160...anxious to see 14*...i just gotta keep on doing what i am doing thats all..

i'm the same way bare. I've been weighing myself the past couple days to make sure upping my calories really works and not send me going up and i am down to 252. i'm like if i see 249 next monday since i won't weigh in agian til then i am going to try a cartwheel lol. you are doing excellent and doing what you are doing is exactly what you wanna be doing. i bet you are looking great! i may be posting a cureent pic once i lose 80lbs. you guys i believe will notice a difference. relly is the only person who has seen a recnt pic of me and she seemed to like it so i hope you guys will too. talk to you soon.

I BOOKED MY FLIGHT TO VEGAS!! WOOT WOOT WOOT!!! I wanted to lose 10 more pounds before then..one month away..i havent lost that fast in the last few months so i dont think its doable but maybe i can get under 149...that would be good too


i am still loving my workouts.................i love the spin. i hate it while i am doing it but when i am done i am so elated. we have been doing kettle bell workouts too.....i dont think i really like those
