started to post yesterday but in the middle of my "rant' the kid needed help on a college paper, so I totally forgot what i was doing and cancelled my post.
doing pretty well here. i have exercised everyday this week and am going in about an hour. I also skated 2 days. Food pretty good, wine not good...damn, I just undo every thing I do with the wine. Hopefully the extra workouts will show on the scale.
