i want it to be maintained aswell .. not sipping back and forth by 5 lbs at a time. i need to be stable there! and maintain that stability whilst wolfing down my carbs all day like i used to.

I wanted to write a little poem for you, but my artistic skills are lacking in english hehe. but i can at least say this:

Hi Sophie! I think this is the first time I've visited your diary. Yes, happy birthday! And congratulations on your 4th place in running, that's way cool. Wow, I didn't know you're only 17; you seemed much older to me (not your pic, your posts ). I wish I could be 18 again... first year at uni, new experiences, new people, lots of gorgeous guys ... *happy sigh*... doing aerobics with a size 10 body... *sad sigh*... good time to be alive!

So yeah, great work again, and I can't wait to see your pics and that hot dress. Bet you had all the lads . Isn't weight loss grand?

it must be because im such amature person
my first year at uni will be sept 2008. dayyyym im excited!!
and i havent worn my dress yet - a week tomorrow
i am also taking my best friend with me as my plus one. she is the most amazing person in the whole wide world ever. unfortunately she is tall, leggy, blonde and blue eyed, perfect teeth about 7 and a half stone, very confident and utterly stunning in personality and looks. whyyy do we choose these sort of people as friends?!?!?!?!?!

heya pinkydolly - thankyou very much! well today was sooo sunny and hot that i have burnt very badly and i HATE it when that happens because i know how dangerous it is as ive got such pale skin. it was unavoidable though - we went out and there was actually no shade anywhere and i didnt have any cream with me or anything to cover my exposed flesh. grrrrr.i dont think i will sleep well tonight as i will be radiating heat.

Ahhh Sophie, enjoy that beautiful day!!! And if I don't get on this weekend, enjoy that as well!!

no i'm not planning on driving as i don't need to! i am planning on spending my money on more worthwhile things whilst hitching lifts off all of my friends who are learning to drive right now i will never have to be the sensible person anymore who looks after the drunkards and drives them home

I hope you didn't burn too badly in the sun. I feel like doing a bit of a mothering here, and reminding you, that the rest of the summer you need to be really careful especially with the burned bits! Sun screen!!! High SPF!!! Our northern skintypes are so much more vulnerable than the southern ones..

yeah i guess i'm one of the rare pale southern types haha. it must be that mixed genes (i'm a true continental europe gene pool-croatian, serbian, hungarian, apparently some ucranian, and god knows what in my dna.people sometimes think i'm from north haha).

it wasnt too bad but still bad enough. i totally agree with the protection and sun cream and all that - i'm all for that .. i just had nothing i could do! theres nothing worse than knowing its happening and not being able to do anything about it
today was another lovely day but not as hot as yesterday thank god! ive just got back from my aquathlon. i came 5th and was 1st woman home felt really awful all the way around though. my stomach acid is really bad at the moment...lol...i had some trouble with it a while back and now its returned. when i eat my food like kind of comes back like vomit but with loads of acidy burny stuff too its pretty uncomfortable and not nice when i am eating out or anything because i have to swallow it all back down. at the moment its even happening when im drinking a glass of water.
i kept getting wretching as i was running round and i thought i was going to have to stop. but i hate quitting.

heyy lena ive got lots of family in the ukraine.. we could be distantly related my grandad was evacuated in the war

I with you and Lena on the whiteness, HAHAHA My dad is Portuguese, but I got more of my moms side, a little mix of everything, but no light brown coloring, my older sister got that, darn it!! I do brown up in the summer as I spend a lot of time out in my pool, but I always cover my face, I don't need the sun to help me along on the aging part. HAHAHA I used to have that acid reflux really bad about 9 years ago, it was during the time when my life was really stressful, they gave me this stuff called Carafate and I took it every day for about a week, I guess it's like a band aid and it coats your stomach so it can heal, it worked and I only get bouts here and there, but nothing a few Tums can't handle. It hurts horrible, so I hope you can find a solution to fix it and fast! Well, have a good rest of your day Sophie doll. I'll chat at you later!

oh dear i know how u feel. i got sunburnt in Mauritius a couple of years ago and that was the last time i went to the beach lol. I couldn't stand the heat when I got back to hotel room and immediately went for a soak ( 2 min in cold water bathtub and after I stepped out, the water had become hot hahahhah). I slept nekkid for 2 nites there! Since then I have phobia of going to the beach, even when sunblock is available.
hope u feel better soon and no marks! it took 2 years for my sunburnt mark to go off!!!!

I agree with Ladybird, some appropriate antacid should break the cycle this sort of thing sometimes sets up. It sounds like you need the kind that is especially designed to help with heartburn/acid reflux.

Yes. Your skin is beautifully translucent. I can see how lovely it is from your avatar. It probably deserves an everyday dose of sunscreen when you're outside in the summer - or maybe a moisturizer with something built in. I know these things are easier to recommend than to consistently achieve though. I got caught myself a couple of times in the early summer.

its always the weaker genes that seem to get through my dad is blonde and tanned and my mum is translucent with orange hair like me. i got the translucent burning skin and the orange hair. but hey i cant change that so may aswell work with it
yeah .. i'll take a trip to the chemist soon to pick up something for it .. its starting to become a real nuisance lol!
i still havent gone to the doctors about my periods .. i am having real trouble finding any time for me at the mo. i really must sort that out!
had a real worry earlier in the week because my best friend was really sick she had a stomach pain for a few days and then her mom got home from work on tuesday night and found her collapsed on the bed. they took her to hospital to have loads of tests and shes fine now. she had a really bad stomach virus. and i felt so awful because i had been thinking nasty thoughts about her all day because i thought she had forgotten it was my birthday and she hadnt...she was in hospital shes such a doll.

i hate intense heat too! the worst ive ever done is burn the bottom of my feet..i fell asleep on my tummy on the beach and of course i didnt think about putting sunscreen on the soles of feet. they absolute fried and i could hardly walk all holiday. well that was a fun holiday

I hope that burns heals soon. Being Irish my family is pretty susceptible. However, unless I'm a total idiot I'm usually safe and don't burn. There was that one time I went to an 11 hour outdoor concert a week before my sister's wedding. Oh she was not happy

well im thru it all now bmhearn but what happened was that when i finished a massive wave of tiredness hit me and i must have slept for about a day! now im feeling much better and i am off til monday which is nice.

sophie did some more shopping yesterday
and she found some reeeeet good bargains. me and my mum know this discount place in the town next to us where all high street shops and designers send there spare stock. itsd absolutely amazing on some days when theres been a fresh delivery and other days it can be a pile of rubbish. me and mum picked an amazing night to go!
i got a pair of designer heels, 2 evening dresses, 2 sumer day dresses, a halter neck, a camisole top, a cardigan and 2 jumpers for £25
i will get some piccies of the dresses shortly.
