yeah i know. and i over estimated as well just to make sure .. weird thing is i keep panicing when i feel full cos i think ohgod ive gone and stuffed myself silly but then when i add it up its really low even when i add a couple of hundred calories on sometimes just to make sure. lol.Howdy Sophie,

sooo i got my body fat analysing scales this morning and i am 25.4% body fat.
that was after two meals and a snack and not going to the loo so maybe thats an inaccurate reading .. i was just very excited that it had arrived. i will do it properly on weigh in day. i think a better target for me as an athlete would be to lose body fat rather than lose weight.
