there's another one thats in a thread somewhere that comes up with a totally different number - I doubt the accuracy of this as it places me at 36 percent when i'm sure it should be higher :) but yours is a lovely number though average for females is 22 percent so you best take careof your self Miss sophie -we don't want you getting unhealthily skinny :)

Thanks for the sleep advice. I would sleep for days if I ever got the chance...lol. Maybe my lack of sleep is what is keeping me from melting those pounds off. I'll have to let my husband in on this...tell him if he wants a thin wife, he has to let me go to bed EARLY! lol

Thanks for stopping by my diary. It's nice to see friendly new faces in there from time to time.:)

Have a great day!

there's probably a study for everything, tiff, but I've seen several that say lack of sleep, like less than 6 hours a night, does indeed hamper weight loss...

hello shug :) sooo.. my race today was absolutely pants .. the course was shockingly designed .. i am bruised and scratched and cut and torn and shredded and swollen and bumped and ouching. i had to climb over this cliff and then when i got to the top i slipped and got caught on a tree and I WAS ACTUALLY SWINGING OVER A CLIFF BY MY HAIR
thats something ie never experienced before. i fell head first into a nettle patch so im all swollen and i got caught on a barbed wire fence and some man had to come and cut me off because i got so tangled.
but heyy. it was exercise.

HA HA Ha - OH MY - well girl you certaintly arent boring;)  :p :) :D And your ok I am assuming - nothing major hurt...nerves of steal though i tell ya

it probably is pretty innacurate then but hey never mind
i doubt i would be unhealthily thin condiering the ideal weight for my height is apparently 110lbs
its very flattering though so i like it haha

thankyou kim. i know !! they are awesome .. mine have blueberrys in them which is soo tasty. it is very low sugar though which is what counts for me. i was a bit of a sugary cereal addict for a while :|
i got in my protein today with the ham, fish and eggs and nuts.
it just takes so much longer to prepare .. getting a dish and pouring the cereal in is so much easier :p

I couldn't agree more. I have started eating more eggs and nuts in my diet as well. I still love that cereal in the morning, on the weekends I try to do a lot of omelets, mmmm I don't eat red meat, but I love chicken, shellfish and turkey. mmmmm I could eat it everyday! I'm not much for a fresh fish eater, so if you have any good recipes that I can try, I'm always up for one. I hate the fishy smell and bones. YUK! I do like tuna, that I can eat right out of the can, isn't that weird. I'm just strange I guess. Well, I better get going I have to get to Groove class tonight. Talk to you later gator!
Kim

Good for you that you joined the triathalon club Sophie! Are there any sexy guys in the club?? That's always good motivation for keeping it up.

Where are you in relation to Hull? My sister just moved from Hull to Florida with her English husband (who's from Beverley).

well hul.l is in yorkshire. i am in staffordshire so i am two counties away in the south direction. about 100 miles i'd say :) ive never been though i have friends there at uni.
noo i havent spotted any hot guys yet but ive only been to two training sessions so.. who knows what the future might hold haha
kim we have such similar eating habits - i really am not a big fan of red meat either but love chicken. if you like tuna out of the tin then have you tried salmon out of the tin?
