yeah i meant 119! else for me that would be a pretty serious weight fluctuation. haha i deffo wont be messing with barbed wire for a long time now.Ouch Sophie, I'm feeling the pain just reading your post. Did you mean 119 today?? I think you put 199, but I remember reading sometime back in your post that you were about 119 or so. Anyways, that doesn't matter, what matters is you made it through the workout yesterday, even with all those bumps and bruises, your so tough!!!!! Your building muscle girl, so it might take awhile to see those pounds go down on the scale, but your body is probably going to show it as it's getting really toned and defined. Keep up that good work, and be careful, barb wire. ooooo nothing to mess with at all. Have a good rest of your day!

i was orienteeringHanging over a cliff by your hair!!
What kind of exercise were you doing, Sophie!!? (I need to know - I have been experimenting and I do NOT want to try today's!)
Wow you are ONE TOUGH COOKIE!!! I am in awe. Absolute awe!!!
Kim's right (and so sweet)--keep positive about your body image!! Change that internal dialog. And not all guys want twigs.
I WAS ACTUALLY SWINGING OVER A CLIFF BY MY HAIR
thats something ie never experienced before. i fell head first into a nettle patch so im all swollen and i got caught on a barbed wire fence and some man had to come and cut me off because i got so tangled.
but heyy. it was exercise.
soo at swim training last night they said that i should do some open water swimming because that is what i will have to do in a triathlon. now the idea of jumping into a murky lake at the beginning of may that has the name "swan pool" (ack i am so scared of swans) doesnt really appeal to me but i managed to get persuaded to go next wednesday. i have got to dig out my wetsuit. which has lime green sleeves and legs and is about 5 years too small. and then i have to wear a bright orange/pink hat. wow im gonna look so hotttt

haha yeah - there would be no way they wouldnt notice me drowning. or being attacked by a vicious swan beast. At least you will be noticed!!![]()
haa no one will be coming near me wit a camera in fear of it ending up in my school year book. oh the humiliation. i also have quite a strong phobia of fish after nearly being swallowed by giant slurping german fish on a rowing boat at a german zoo.Oooh can we get pictures of your hotself? maybe you'll set a new fashion trend![]()
Swans are mean critters - I wouldn't want to jump in anywhre near where they are... D
yeah im really getting into swimming at the mo! it burns off so many calories - i never realised. i still dont think it is warm enough. i might get hypothermia. i nearly got that once before. they wrapped me in tis tin foil sheet and i had to go to hospital and this man had to talk to me all the way to make sure i didnt go to sleep. it was such a weird feeling. i felt really peaceful and i just wanted to drift off in a little ball. i had absolutely no energy whatsoever - when people used to get it on the telly i used to be like OHMYGOD JUST RUN AROUND THAT WILL WARM YOU UP but seriously -- i couldnt even get my leg in my tracksuit bottoms.WOW Sophie, you will be colorful, like a little rainbow. Hey, if anything happens rest assured they will be able to locate you just fine!Swimming does sound like fun about now, I can't wait to get my pool open and going. Maybe in another few weeks, it's still not warm enough outside. Enjoy your day!!
~hugs~

Ugh. I'm sorry about the too hard interval training.I hope that was because of how hard you pushed yourself - not because of how hard someone else pushed you.
Well after all you have survived (What is a giant German slurping fish?) - getting your rainbow coloured self in your school year book while you're being attacked by a swan should be a breeze for you to handle!! They could make a TV show about you!

ohmygosh wouldnt that be so cool if you could weight by reading about/watching exercise! the most dangerous snake we have here is an adder :|Hi Sophie, I think I lost a couple of pounds just reading about what you put yourself through...lol. As long as you are having a good time, that's all that matters.
I agree, you are one tough cookie...lol. The most danger im willing to face at the moment is a deadly garder snake (not) that zips across my path while i walk in the park...lol Have a great day
