thankyou rachie - good luck with the cycling..im starting mine as from tomorrow (weigh in day)
yeah it will be cool to compare notes...i mean it might not work at all but its worth a try i guess :)
and yeah .. haha..i am never on msn or anything now..always on here when im bored. and also i love offering advice to people..but isnt it weird how you offer a piece of advice to somebody that would apply to you too - but you dont do it?
 
i have finished breakfast so i am absolutely happy now. i loveitloveitloveit.
i manage to fit soo much in for 500 calories :) (i know thats a lot but i dont really mind about dinner and tend to have a sandwich or a salad and thats it really..)
today i had
special k with oatmilk
a pink grapefruit
a chocolate soya pot and a caramel soya pot
539 calories so far .. but jeez so worth it - this will keep me going til 4pm :)
 
yess haha and ohmygod they are amazing
they are soya desserts..but they taste like custard .. they are really cremy and smooth and gorgeouss and come in amazing flavours like chocolate caramel strawberry vanila toffee etc. and the added bonus = only 80 calories per pot.
 
i had some dried cranberries and now ive had my dinner too and i am full :)
but those cranberries were so calorific..!

and yeah i did i went this morning .. but because i went for the first part with my mum we walked most of the time .. but very bvriskly and thn when she went back to the car i went round the lap again (about 4km) by myself a lot faster.
tomorrow i have got another race! and its weigh in day.. :S
i sooo want another pound to have gone

although i kind of expected it. i have not trained more than twice this week and also i ate overmy calories nearly everyday. so thats what i get ..ive learnt my lesson. i think. i hope..
 
One pound? That could just be muscle mass added, or water weight, since the last time you weighed in. If your diet has been a bit saltier than normal, it could easily just be water retained. I wouldn't ignore it, but don't let it break your heart, either.
Just get back on your food plan, and post here a little more often when you start getting the urge to snack. It really helps me!

so tomrrow is anew day and i have a new plan of action
also training is going ahead as normal so thats fab
 
erm i think i am just going to alternate weeks of extreme loss cycling and loss cycling and also mainteance cycling depending on my training
im starting peak training soon due to some selction races coming up in april that i need to be really fit for. so when im on hard training weeks i will prob stick with maintenance cycling but when i am on medium weeks and easy weeks i will go with extreme loss and normal loss cycling.

Hey! We are the same weight and have the same weight goal!! Thats awesome. I eat around 1600 too. How did you lose the 7 pounds because I haven't lost anything in 6 months..blah. Your avater is cute. I hope the cycling goes really well for you and good luck! You seem to be on the right track. :)
 
hi emily marie - it will be nice to have someone to compare notes with - i think we are like the same height too!
erm .. well i lost the excess weight cos i picked up my running training again after injury. but i find even running three times a week doesnt hold the 1600 calories off :S i lose when i train everyday. so now when i am not doing intense exercise on a day then i will eat about 1300 calories.
but i didnt do that last week cos i had a bad week so i gained...
its tough
but we can do it:)
