I like low impact, low energy exercise, like just walking or swimming, it really is a lot of fun, and one of the reasons I enjoy hiking so much.
When it comes to being right a lot, it is even more overrated than willpower
My friends have a game that really annoys me, they kind of call it "Catch QJ in a mistake." What they will do is make the most outrageous statements, to see if they can get me to "correct" them, and then they will try to continue the argument until they catch ME making a mistake so they can point out that I'm not perfect. Apparently, being a knowitall is not always appreciated.
That is one of the reasons I like hiking with my friends so much; they get to see me having trouble with something they can do easily

It really helps keep my ego in check and it's a good time without having to be competitive.
I swear though, if I ever get down to a small emough size, I am going to run non-stop. I really miss running, but my weight has deteriorated my knees so badly that I just can't do it right now. It's one of my goals, to be able to run for a cause of some sort. Heh, probably diabetes.
