1588 is probabily ok for you. that spark page calculates it for you. you can also try apparently they also have this. according to them i should take maximum of 1550 calories a day, and according to wishes page (she has the link at the bottom of her signature) its maybe 100 calories more, so i'm sticking to eating in that range.
croatian is the language...there are some similarities with russian, because of slavic origin. and i just speak english as second language (is it that good??) thanx lol.

oh wow you are so good. i actually thought that english was your mother tongue! im very impressed.
i entered all my exercise/height/weight details in and it said i should have an intake of 2410 calories per day. but i really dont think that is right cos i am pretty small. although i do do heavy exercise everyday. i dont know. anyway im going to stick around the 1500 mark.
how was your manicure? what did you have done?

i have lost 5 pounds
i feel wonderful

my race went really well today
i came fourth and was the first non GB elite runner home so im really happy. i really want to be selected this/next year!
i ran 7.5km in 67 minutes

the next thing you know you'll be running marathon :) that much calories is probabily because you workout so much. any athlete will tell you that their daily intake is about 3000 cals up to 6000 cal (depending on the sports of course). as long as you don't go under 1200 you're doing good :)
thanx for thinking that about my english, hopefully my TOEFL (test of english as foreign language) will be as good as your thaughts. i'm trying to get into english masters in budapest :)
didn't go out last night after all. my friends were all out.. we're partying too much lately lol. gotta get rid of all that stress :D
and manicure is tomorrow...i'm getting myself french manicure :)

porridge made with oatmilk and one teaspoon honey

was a bit mishmash today due to being out
had two lowfat low sugar etcetc cake slices
a nectarine
a banana
and a pear
snack
rasisins and low fat yoghurt
dinner
lamb, gravy, cabbage and peas. small helping of mash too.
portion control was good tonite :)

today has been quite good actually
breakfast - 3 oatibix with oat milk and raisins
had my tea for lunch if that makes sense.
so i had tuna with brocolli and peas.
i will have a very light meal tonight like a salad or something.
for snack i had an apple and a pear
today has been a hungry day. school days tend to be more hungry days especially the ones where i am there until 5.30. its because i feel so drained.
had dance for an hour this afternoon though and walked to school and back from school the longer route and walked very briskly too.
am going running tonight on the fields.

for tea i had a very small baked potato
a banana and a low fat yoghurt
i ran about 4km
as 4 sets of 6x200 metres
the 200s alternated one sprinting my guts out and one medium run as a recovery
felt quite good
bit also pretty hungry
today has been a very nughry day
but i think i have justified my eating with my exercise

i'd really like some advice about calories etc if anyone could help me with my confusion it would be much appreciate.
right..
why do some people say eat less calories and some people say eat more and others say eat them in short perids of time and others say eat them with big gaps in between. im very confused. and what would anyone recommend me cos i seriously dont thin kthat the website info given to me is correct. I am 16 years olf about 5ft2 (lol midget) and i weigh about 121 pounds - wanting to get to 105 pounds again.
i exercise every day. i walk to school and back about 2-3 times a day i walk briskly and it takes about 10 minutes to get there and back. My most common exercise is running. I tend to run between 4-10km each night. I am a runner so i run at a fairly fast pace.
any suggestions on calorie consumption for weight loss for me?

lol whenever i have false nails or anything i find it very hard to undo my jeans when i need to go to the loo or pressing the buttons on the remote control :|

snack: low calorie lemon cake bar
walked to circuit training ( 10-15 mins brisk walk)
45 mins of circuit training
10 minute jog
walked back from circuits
dinner: two slices of whole meal toast with honey
handful of raisins

Do you have an idea though of how many calories you had - it seemed really low - but maybe I missed something!

i am not entirely sure tbh how many calories i should be taking in in order to stay healthy and to still ensure weight loss. i feel as if i am eating the same amount of food and i feel full after each meal etc but then i cant be because i have lost 5 pounds. so i am very confused. could you possibly give me some advice on how many please ( i feel that you are the expert here :) )
i am 5ft 2, 16yrs old, run every day and walk lots every day too.

I saw where you wrote in the Harsh Truth section, and hopefully someone will be able to comment on it who has more information then I do.

I do know that you just don't want to go too low on the calories, if you can't join fitday, you can do calorie content searches someplace like to get a ball park figure.

I just entered your day's worth of calories and this is what I came up with for you if I had eaten it:
CALORIES 1,224
CARBS 275
FAT 12
PROTEIN 25

That was based on guestimating your quantities.
The fat and protein seems really low.

If you don't eat enough, your body will hold on to what it's got.

It might be good to find a way to track your calories until you get a good idea how much you're really eating.
 
thankyou ery much - i will use that counter from now on
i find protein hard due to being lactose intolerant and actually detesting the taste of soya.
im not a particularily big meat eater either but i do try to eat quite a lot of fish during the week. just today didnt have any for dinner due to it being a more of a dash home eat and dash back out day.
i will bear in mind the more protein more fat thing.
do you know of anything i can do to eggs to make them more appetising that doesnt involve milk or butter or in fact any dairy?

ive got so much more work to do and not so much more time to do it in. and i cant take time off work tomorrow due to about 52 million other people being off sick
