yeah - i prefer to exercise than cut out the food.. if that makes sense. i would rather work out rlly hard and eat healthy. i know i can keep that up instead of depriving myself.
and wow lucky you to have an olympic pool :0 when i used to race i raced in olympic sized pools but i dont really compete anymore.
erm i meant to mention that in last nites diary - the link u gave me for the sparks counter thing was a link to a dating site and im nt entirely certain that that was the link you meant to give me!
today:
breakfast- 2 oatibix with honey and oat milk
dinner - apple and 4 rice crackers (i was in a real hurry to get to class)
snack-bowl of cornflakes with oatmilk
for tea we are having pasta .. but i know for a fact that mum will smother it in this thick sauce :|
i will just have to control my portion size as i dont think i have taken in very many calories today.
also had pe class this afternoon so did 1hrandhalf of handball then cos i had forgotten my bus money i had to walk home frm school :| but it actually took me the same amount of time as waiting for and catching all the buses.

i was very pleased. i think its about 5 miles.. not entirely sure though
also i have avoided weighing my self complusively this week. i have set aside sundays as weighing day.
