Hullllllo my muffins! Sorry I've been gone for a few days. I've been drunk for the last 48 hours and am now suffering horribly. Really need to get a grip! I ate very well (below 1000) on Friday and then I drank 2 bottles of wine, and then another 2 bottles of wine last night. So I messed up. Now I'm on a massive 2 day kick to lose something for Tuesdays weigh in. The weekends ruin me!
I'm working 3 shifts tomorrow so I wont have much time to eat and I did a huge food shop today so have lots of weight watchers meals and such. My scales are still showing 15st 4.5lbs and that's after a pint of water and my lunch so maybe I've still lost something! *fingers crossed* I slow cooked my lovely casserole so I've got a healthy dinner for tonight and tomorrow.
Breakfast: WW wafer mallow thing. Delicious and SO sweet and only 55 calories! (55)
Had a perfect day yesterday! Yank got a tattoo (first one!) on Friday on his ribs and he's been really down because he feels like he can't show it off as he's put on a bit of weight since last year (liiiiike 10lbs, so not much! ). So he's dieting with me now! We've made a pact not to drink until the weekend. Which doesn't sound like a long time but I'm usually in the pub 4 nights a week.
1002 calories for today! Very low, I know, but I need a few low calorie days to balance out the weekend! My house-mates are currently eating a GIANT roast dinner. Potatoes, veg, pork AND chicken wrapped in bacon and it smells/looks AMAZING. Willllll powerrrrr!
Making 1/2 cup of pasta and some veg for work tomorrow so I don't have to take crisps, bread, WW bar, etc.
Hope everyone is having a good day! Weighed in this morning at 15st 4lbs so that looks like only a 1/2lb loss. I can lose 2lbs having a dump (probably ) so not holding my breath for tomorrow. Will be disapointed if I've stayed the same or gained tomorrow but it's my own fault. Hopefully a week of no drinking will boost my loss for next weeks weigh in!

Today I was up at 6am to pick up the post with Yank and WE GOT HIS VISA APPROVED! So he can stay in England now Which is awesome. So we're off tonight to play bowling and have a few drinks. I'm pretty sure I have a chest infection though, which sucks. Still at work but seriously not sure I'll go in tomorrow. I'll see how i sleep tonight. Can't stop coughing and have a fever as well

I've been so poorly--Sorry for not posting in here I've had yesterday and today off work and my eating has been all over the place. I'm down to 15st 2.5lbs so that's two pounds dropped in 48 hours which is good and bad I guess! I've been eating crap but not in great quantities. And I've been drinking around 20-25 cups of 0 calorie herbal tea in an attempt to flush out this bug so I'm sure that's pushed my weight down as well!
Last night I slept for 14 hours so am feeling rested today. I have about 15 friends coming over tonight which has been planned for a while. So we're eating out It is Friday though! And I've been too poorly to eat much the last few days so I'll eat whatever takes my fancy as I need to get my calories up. Yesterday I consumed just over 1000 calories so aiming for about 1800 today to balance it out.
I hope you are better now! There is a really nasty virus going around here in France. I REALLY hope you haven't got it, because it's a rotten beast of a thing that hangs on for simply weeks and weeks!!!

I've been very good food wise and quite bad drink wise so we shall see what the scales say tomorrow! Had a healthy casserole for lunch and skipped on the pudding so that was good.
Still very under the weather, Rox But just a cough now and no fever so should be on the mend now.

So I totally drank my calories for the day yesterday. The plan was to have ONE drink and then come home and have dinner but we got caught up with some people we met at our local and ended up drinking quite a bit. Was fun though And I fell asleep as soon as I got home so didn't have any dinner. So luckily my calories were still low!
I'm not going WW tonight--My friend was due her baby a few days ago and still hasn't had her yet so I'm going to see her instead as she could do with cheering up! But I weighed myself on my scales which I have synched up with the WW scales (finallllly!!) and I'm now 15st 3lbs. Which is 1.5lbs from last week. So that's good! 4lbs in 2 weeks--not too shabby!
