July 18th

I ate too many damn calories today! I started the day light with a porridge (262cal) and a few pieces of fruit. However, in the evening I had large fish 'n' chips with curry sauce and a 500ml bottle of coke. The fish 'n' chips + curry sauce and coke totalled 1940 calories bringing my total for the day to 2408. Thank God I did my usual exercise today or I'd probably be putting weight on! Today I burned roughly 500 more calories than I consumed but I'm still disappointed with myself.

Don't get too upset; you've been doing so well:) I know you're disappointed but it was just one meal...don't let it derail you from your goals.

Thanks Jenna. I'm not too bothered TBH. It's more of a nagging annoyance than anything else. It set me back half a day, which isn't much in the plan of things.
 
July 20th

1589 calories - 47mins cardio.

In the past 18 days I've lost 15 pounds! I can't believe it... It must be mostly fluid or something. Jeez, I hope it's fat. :)
 
:eek2: Wow 32 lbs lost already? WOOOHOOO! Good job, Colin. :) Just dropping by to steal weight loss secrets... muahaha... haha But honestly, keep it up. You're doing fantastic!

Thanks Sheryl! It feels great to be losing weight so fast. Before I started I envisioned it would take a whole year. At this rate I'll be clear in three months (fingers crossed). :jump:

1470 calories - 46mins cardio.

you're doing wonderful with your workout plan. Good job. Sheesh... if only I could lose weight that fast. :( Damn.. sometimes it just sucks being female. (A rarity for the most part.. :p haha) When's the next weigh in? Have a great day.

I'm really happy with my recent progress, although my weight has remained static for the past four days.

Every day I'm burning 1500-2000 more calories than I'm eating, hence the rapid weight loss.

July 22nd

1155 calories - 46mins cardio.
 
You've dropped so much weight so fast your body may just need a few days to let itself adjust. I'm sure the weight will be melting off again soon.

1500-2000 calories a day more than your eating is amazing!!!
 
1500-2000 more calories than you're eating?? :eek2: Holy crap... that's it. I'm going to start calling you "IronMan." hahaaa!

1743 calories - No exercise.

A bit disappointed that I didn't do cardio. Still 1743 calories isn't a huge amount.

Hi Sheryl!

Not good news I'm afraid. It was my 29th birthday on the 1st of August and several days prior to it and after I found the excuse to stop exercising and start eating and drinking mucho calories. It's amazing how the slightest reason will serve as an excuse to slip back into your old ways...

Still, I'm going to get back with the program within the next week or so. My weight loss was so rapid that I'd be a fool not to!
