I ate too many damn calories today! I started the day light with a porridge (262cal) and a few pieces of fruit. However, in the evening I had large fish 'n' chips with curry sauce and a 500ml bottle of coke. The fish 'n' chips + curry sauce and coke totalled 1940 calories bringing my total for the day to 2408. Thank God I did my usual exercise today or I'd probably be putting weight on! Today I burned roughly 500 more calories than I consumed but I'm still disappointed with myself.
Thanks Jenna. I'm not too bothered TBH. It's more of a nagging annoyance than anything else. It set me back half a day, which isn't much in the plan of things.

Thanks Sheryl! It feels great to be losing weight so fast. Before I started I envisioned it would take a whole year. At this rate I'll be clear in three months (fingers crossed).

Not good news I'm afraid. It was my 29th birthday on the 1st of August and several days prior to it and after I found the excuse to stop exercising and start eating and drinking mucho calories. It's amazing how the slightest reason will serve as an excuse to slip back into your old ways...
Still, I'm going to get back with the program within the next week or so. My weight loss was so rapid that I'd be a fool not to!
