hi guys,so yeah still going with this new way of life, hopnig to find a better slimmer sexier me! thought id do a lil diary so i can keep my own tab, also any adive pleasee feel free.
so oki ill start with yesterday
i had cereal for breakfast wholegrain 110 cals
lunch i had a lil bag of fruit 100cals and a weight watchers wrap 250 cals
dinner i had sweet and sour chicken stir fry prob guessing about 600 cals give or take a lil
so around 1000cals
also went to the gym and did 45mins spin class and then ten mins cross trainer to warm up and did some v sits with medicine ball some squates and pull ups
forgot to add i currently weight around 10st or jsut over so about 142lbs and im 5ft6
