Hi thanks for the tip seem like a good idea so had a lil think
i used to be 170lbs
im 143lbs now
my ideal weight 120lbs
i really want to reeach this by september my targets are
end of june 137lbs
end of july 129lbs
end of august 120lbs
from then on im just going to maintain with healthy eating and exercises
i know ill have to work hard at it
im hoping i can do it as my weight loss goes through phases of consistency i seem to stick for a few weeks n then start loosing(hopefully this wont happen as ive only just got stared again)

Oh your goals are pretty similar to mine! Hey, we can do it!! :D
Make sure you eat enough calories per day anyway with all that exercise. Or you won't be able to loose weight.

I'm glad you are making an effort to stay above 1200. Like the others said, its very important for your major organs to stay at or above that. You don't want to be a sexy thing with a heart condition. ;-)

boo think i jinxed myself! me and my man had a huge row n he stormed off out and i went to my mates(bad move) who were drinking and eating loads of junk food and had a comfort eat. im so stupid i always mess it up when im doing well. luckily i did stop myself before i binged but i know that its ruined all the work ive done. booked myself on spinning this morning and going to have a serious work out and tomorrow aswell xx

Make sure you don't hurt yourself. Better off not losing so quickly or even putting on a little bit in the short term rather than hurting yourself and not being able to do any exercise in the medium term.

definatly i always do lots of stretching before and after and im careful with weights ect not going heavier to soon.
 
im so stressed at the mmin its unreal my dad has put tea on for him and mum now and yes its not even lunch yet and he is cooking dinner
he has used all the food that i was planning on having but i cant eat what they eat coz its way to high in fat and portion size is too big.
he like to have digs at me calling me skinny and so does everyone else they try to feed me things like potatoes in goose fat and when i ask them if they had goose fat on they say no so i read the label and itwill say potatoes in goose fat they are trying to sabotage me and i dont know why, my bf told me last night that he doesnt fancy me the same as when i was 170lbs i feel like im letting everyone down xx
 
food and exercise for the day is
breakfat i had some cornflakes with skimmed milk half a small cereal bowl so 170cals
lunch was a weight watcher sandwich and a pear 310cals
just had dinner white fish cooked in lemon juice with sweet chilli rice 260cals
for dessert a weight watchers pudding sticky toffee 180cals
920cals today
also went to a spin class earlier 45mins plus 10mins carido the plankand some squats
back on track for the day =D

You really need to eat much more than that-probably about double. Despite binges, you shouldn't go under 1200 to make up.

somedays i just dont feel like eating much my apetite seems to follow my work load i i dont do alot i find im not that hungry as if i had done alot if that makes sense x
 
I'm afraid hunger has nothing to do with it. Your body needs those calories to process. As I said before, if you're not hungry, have a handful of nuts. Eat some cheese. Have something that's healthy but high calorie density. You need to get up to 1200 calories even if you're not hungry.

I would again urge you based on what you're saying and what you've said before that if you haven't already, you need to talk to your doctor. You have a worrying attitude towards food.
 
im doing my best and thats what it about for me
my diary is about so i can record it and look back on it =].
i dont think im worrying, if i was reluctant to eat then maybe but im not.
i eat for my needs if i was not eating right i would have no energy to get up and go to the gym and work outdoors all day but i do so i am doing alright x
