Make sure you eat enough calories per day anyway with all that exercise. Or you won't be able to loose weight.

I'm glad you are making an effort to stay above 1200. Like the others said, its very important for your major organs to stay at or above that. You don't want to be a sexy thing with a heart condition. ;-)

Make sure you don't hurt yourself. Better off not losing so quickly or even putting on a little bit in the short term rather than hurting yourself and not being able to do any exercise in the medium term.
You really need to eat much more than that-probably about double. Despite binges, you shouldn't go under 1200 to make up.
