Well feeling alittle better today and talked to some authoritive people in my town to get theis bad vibe gone and taken care of. Argh. :( Well hopefully today will be better.

Going out tonight so I know I am going to overflow with my calories but it has been a long time since I have been out. We even got a h otel room cause we are going out of state, so fun!!! Hope you all have a good day!

Well I am doing pretty well. I think I am getting a cold:mad: . I finally got my but up and did exercises this morning. I did the warm-up and low int. cardio on the biggest loser dvd. Great workout with Bob!:p Doing some more spring cleaning, never ending!!!! There is a house for sale by my mom's house and I wantto buy it so bad but we can't afford it. I am very upset!!!:mad: I would love to move!!! I have some a***ole neighbors! Just on one side, everyone else in our row of townhouses are really nice and we all hang out. But the jerks. argh. Oh well.

I took a long nap today with my lil man and my lil girl cuddles too. It was nice to relax. I also had the headache from H**l.:(

Glad Your Doing Awsome And You Would Be Surprised On How You Maybe Can Afford That House The Way Things Are Now Its Hard To Get Houses Sold So Wouldnt Hurt To Try!

Today is going to be better. I took My lil girl to school today, she hasn't been there in about a week and a half. Mostly my fault. She has dance today as well.

couple cookies with lil man

chinese, didn't have that much cause it wasn't that great :(

Exercise~ I helped my mom put up some of her tracking for a drop ceiling in her basement.

I wish I could break past the 136 mark. I am tired of seeing that on the scale:( . argh. I am actually having a better day today. Thanks to my hubby of course;) . I also got a new entertainmanet cabinet last night and it is beautiful! I am very excited. More the style I like instead of the yuck black thing you get with the tv. My baby girl had dance again today and she had fun. We are doing more cleaning today. Living in a small house makes for a ton of cleaning cause you don't have anywhere to contain the mess, it ends up everywhere!

Maybe your body doesn't want to get any lower :eek: And it is telling you that you are healthy enough. Or your body is just being very stubborn. You are active and eating right. So you'll get there. have a great day and drink your WATER
 
Alright today I have decided to bring my weight loss goal to a more manageable weight at 125. We will see what happens from there. I was talking to my hubby last night and asked him how mush would be too skinny, he said try and lose 10 more and then he thinks I'll be good. I wanted to try a diet pill or something just to help kick my butt in gear and get me off the plateau. We bought protein shakes last night that we could use as a meal substitute. I'm just not happy. :(

1 serv. bag of doritos

fries
chicken bites
1/2 plate of green beans and carrots

I am goingto see if I can kick the coffee and today is the day I am going to go cold turkey on smoking. I hate doing it, so today I am going to stop and my teeth and lungs will thank me. :p

Hopefully today is a good day. I am hoping. Last night I moved lil man out of our room and into his own. He slept in there half the night which is good. Get him used to it! I am very sleepy today. argh. :(

sweet corn

I want to do some exercises tonight before bed. Do my strength exercise portion of the biggest loser. Maybe that will help. Did a half mile on the eliptical.

Just keep at it... My boy is still having trouble sleeping in all. Whether in his bed or ours. But be strong. It all works out in the end. You gotta stay healthy and think happy thoughts... even if you don't lose anymore weight. Start to do lots more toninig things and then you'll burn more fat and turn into muscle. maybe that is all you need for your body. Then you'll lose inches and be toned :D

Did really well today. I helped my mom hang some more of the drop ceiling in her basement. One more day of work should get the rest of it put up. We are thinking about selling our townhome and moving into an apartment to save money for a house. Also to move closer to family so that I can get part timework to help save as well. This house is putting us under :(

Hi meshell, you look like you're doing t-riffic on your ticker and the food for the day was great! You've got this thing kicked! I know you hate to be moving and putting the house up for sale, but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do, and one door always opens another. Ya' never know...........:D Keep up the good work!
 
Well I guess the protein in the morning is helping cause I am going down again! I weighed in at 135 this morning and I am excited! I just need to start exercising so that I can tone up!:rolleyes: I am going to my aunt's house tonight for a sleepover with all of our kids. Should be fun and hopefully I don't ruin my lil weight loss! YAY, I am very excited.
