6-28

Last nights training went well. I was very tired when I came home. Too many movies!! :eek: I am starting on Sunday. Not sure when cause they don't have the schedule done yet. :p I am excited more now than I was. I was very nervous!
I am doing good. This morning was cereal, coffee, and fruit. It was good. I am on day 5, smoke free. :D I am also remembering to drink my water. :rolleyes: I am hoping to do good. I hope everyone has a great day today and also that the east doesn't get anymore rain!
 
Well tonight stank on the food part. I overate big time cause I am getting a little moody and I don't know why. I think cause I was on the phone talking with my friend and all she would complain about was that my kids were playing loud. I felt likt telling her "THEY ARE KIDS, THEY PLAY, LET THEM HAVE FUN! AND SHUT IT UP!!!ARGH" I was so angry and I ate probably about 500 more cals than I wanted to. I am kinda mad at myself. The scale won't go down if I can't do what's right for my health. Although I can say that I still am smoke free!
My garden is also starting to give me some tomatoes which is great! I can't wait for the rest to come up! Hope everyone is doing good!!!
 
I need to start counting ever calorie again! I went back and read the begining of my diary and that's how I got the weight off at first so it worked then and it will have to work now! Starting tomorrow, no more than 1500 cals a day. I know I can do that!!!!
 
Today has started off good. For breakfast I had 368 calories which to me is great. For lunch I will probably have a salad and yogurt with nuts. I hope to start doing better. I am going to be 135 by Monday!!! :p

I figured out why I have been gaining and losing very little. I have been eating closer to 2000 cals a day without exercising everyday. I have been trying to keep the cals around 1400. :eek: So hopefully after having an eye opening calorie counting day today will get better. I have had about 380 cals so far with cereal, coffee, and a yogurt. :p I hope to keep lunch around 400 and same with dinner so that I can have a 200 cal snack this afternoon. Hopefully it works out that way! :rolleyes: I am praying that I get down to 135 by monday!!! I have to work Sunday morning from 4am-1130am so hopefully the extra moving during the week will get some weight off. I will be working in a bakery so I will be moving constantly. I work 27 hours this week starting out, every little bit helps. :) I hope everyone has a great day and if anyone has any ideas on cutting the munchies in the afternoon and late evening I am up for any suggestions!:D
 
I am back for good!

Alright, no more excuses and all of that. I haven'tposted in over a year and I have had plenty of time to adjust to working nights and taking care of my kids during the day. I am at it again and hopefully again I will lose the weight and keep it off. For the past 2 days I have fallen of the wagon but plan to stay in the good. I have only had minor slips.
Right now still being 5'4'', I am 145 right now and I hope to have 5 pounds at a time for goals. Ultimately I would love...love...love to get back to 120-125. It would be nice. Yesterday I had a lil over 2100cals, too many I know. As of right now I am at 1095 for the day, I have been keeping it around 1400-1600. So I think I might be able to keep it down for the day. Fingers crossed I hope this time I can get it to stick!!!:jump:
