Today is a good day. My son is doing great. Seems like he has gotten his appetite back from this cold and the weather and going to be great. That means outside we go!!!

I have also great news about the weight loss. I am back down to 153. I am so excited about this. I have cut out the junk and started eating more veggies and fruit and voila. I also started drinking a lot more water because I was not drinking enough of that. I am giong to try on some of my clothing to see what will fit but I doubt anything will. Just more motivation!!! Hopefully today is a great day.
Breakfast:

Lunch:
Salad~ romaine lettuce, spinach, tuna, cheese, red onion, tomato, fat free dressing, wheat germ
Cals: I'd say about 350, which is pretty good, it was very tastey and healthy
Snack:
2 jelly beans
1 orange
Dinner:
pasta
spaghetti sauce w/ ground turkey
grilled veggies
hot sauce
snack:
couple pieces of chocolate
