Ok, so this morning I had a fried egg sandwich (fried in Pam oil) on flax seed bread with about a teaspoon of salsa on top to give it some flavor.
To snack on in daycare...some seedless green grapes and a cheese stick (low calorie, low fat).
For lunch (After my workout- hour and a half I'm going to aim for..cardio and weights) , I'll probably have half an avocado with low fat italian dressing and a veggie sandwich, with some light mayo, lettuce and tomatoes.
For snack....a rice pudding snack (low fat).
For dinner, leftover rutabega from Thanksgiving and some veggies also from thanksgiving.
Mmmmmmm....Yummy...
