Thanks hon. I wasn't sure if it was noticable because of the angle that I was standing in. That and I'm so used to seeing myself and I still such a similar shape as to when I was bigger. It's odd.

I cought the pictures and you can see a huge difference.....

Don't worry about the pictures, I don't think any of us like how we look till all this extra is gone....
 
Thanks guys!! I'm such a worrier, that I tend to be a bit of a pessimist. It's great to hear positive feedback.

While I'm here, I might as well write what I brought with me to eat today. I started off the morning with two eggs fried in the Pam cooking spray. Now I am munching on some grapes (I know, not great for me, but they're sweet and they keep me awake until I can get my coffee at 6 am). Before I head into work at my second job I will be buying myself a salad from dominion to eat on the way. For a snack I brought a low fat rice pudding. When I get back here at 5, I have a campbell's soup to go (garden vegetable) and a nutrigrain bar. This is definitely an interesting food day....

I don't know if I'm hitting my calorie intake or if I'm below it....hmmm...should probably check that out. I'm eating more often, but less portions.

it's good.u keep eating and the pounds drop.... though my colleagues think i am a pig with all the veg and stuff i've in the office fridge lol:p

I'm going to hunt for food tonite at the expats' supermarket. will be fun goin through the shelves!:p
 
Ok, so this morning I had a fried egg sandwich (fried in Pam oil) on flax seed bread with about a teaspoon of salsa on top to give it some flavor.

To snack on in daycare...some seedless green grapes and a cheese stick (low calorie, low fat).

For lunch (After my workout- hour and a half I'm going to aim for..cardio and weights) , I'll probably have half an avocado with low fat italian dressing and a veggie sandwich, with some light mayo, lettuce and tomatoes.

For snack....a rice pudding snack (low fat).

For dinner, leftover rutabega from Thanksgiving and some veggies also from thanksgiving.

Mmmmmmm....Yummy...

Sorry I haven't updated recently. I've had a crappy couple of days. I've been doing fine food wise, but life in general is down the toilets. Too busy, feeling very run down and am not liking my job too much at the moment or maybe its just my boss, I don't know. And last night my apartment got broken into and 560 dollars and my NEW iPod were stolen. I'm feeling like I'm the verge of losing it, but I just keep thinking, I leave for Australia on Monday. Doesn't stop me from feeling crappy though. I feel just about ready to cry.

I'm sorry you're having a rotten time Sara...I really hope it improves. At least you've got something to look forward too though. I find that helps me a LOT.:)
