so I will probably not go tonite and opt to instead jump into bed and catch up on some sleep... Funny how I'm already thinking of the next time I get to sleep and I just woke up a little over an hour ago... I think when I get back into the regular exercise that my body will be able to do more and go farther on less sleep (6-7 hours instead of 8-9)... I'm a bitch about my sleep hahah......aren't we all a bit BITCHY when it comes to sleep ...So... Yesterday went alright. I kept track of calories, etc. I didn't get a gym workout in because the gym was closed due to the holiday and today I'm finishing up my 60 hour work week at this hell hole that pays the billsso I will probably not go tonite and opt to instead jump into bed and catch up on some sleep... Sleep is my friend I tell myself... I need to learn to get by with less though, because sometimes I feel like I overdo it, and I hate the way that makes me feel.
I think I remember you saying that you were a fan of brewing your own green tea and drinking it? I started doing this about a month ago and it's awesome! I brew it, and then drink it on the ice in the morning, as my "fix" instead of something gross like diet coke (I'm off that junk!). I have this place in my city called The Tea Grotto and I've gotten some amazing different green teas there...

I'm also going to start incorporating my Psyllium Seeds again....for POO BABIES!!!! YAY!!! It's been so long since I've seen them...LOL....and I miss em!!! LOL!!! 
Oh wow...yeah that's GREAT for you!!! I'm drinking some as we speak!!! LOL.....it really does help me melt away...and not to mention the energy, and it keeps you full, and has antioxidants and I ADORE IT!!

YAY!!! hahaha.....CHEERS to POO BABIES!!! I can't wait to incorporate them into some shakes or something...a little at a time, or else CONSTIPATION...LOL...don't want any of that there....actually quite the opposite!!!I'm drinking some too as we speak!!! Yay!~ lol I really enjoy it, and I don't add anything to it, so I feel like it's hopefully doing amazing things for my body. Back to psyllium seeds, I hear ya. I could probably benefit from seeing a few more poo babies myself

You need to give your body the amount of sleep it needs....

I will take your advice into consideration Judy. For some reason I've always felt like my body needs more sleep than the average person, lol... I'm sure school will get me into a better sleeping pattern. I have a hard time getting to sleep in the first place, my mind just won't shut up sometimes!
