Guess it must be time for me to be less stupid, now. All in all, squatting 6 days/wk for the last fortnight has been successful at kickstarting my squat strength back up, as evidence by the 10kg PB for high bar squats. Muscles have been rather unsore throughout the experience, but knees have been getting less happy towards the end. I'm thinking that from here I'll continue on with 5x5 one day a week, 3x10 one day, and maybe some overhead squats or snatch balances another day. Then again, a week from now my schedule's going to be dramatically changing, so we'll see what happens.
