Hi girls sorry I haven’t been around for the last week but I had to get myself moving to get past this 10% thing and tonight I reached that goal. Im so glad that’s over it was driving me nuts. You guys will be proud of me I have been exercising almost everyday and sticking to my points pretty well. Im hoping I will start to have bigger losses from now on (I will be trying hard anyway). I hope everyone has a wonderful week.

Thank you for your encouragement :) I would really like to have those recipes when ever you get a chance is fine. Just going off of some of the things I learned from others on ww I'm about 280 now so I think that puts me in a 30 point range(not too sure :confused: ) I'm not sure on the exercise earn point thing but i'll pretty much do whats comfortable. But some advice would really be helpful. Thanks again and Good luck with the weight loss :)

actually i think you should try it not b/c i wan't to see you in pain but b/c you might be stronger than i am ;) and able to put up w/ it
:eek: underarms i dont know about i just had legs and a brazillian done/and as you know i wouldnt do it again lol
but as they say try everything once lifes short :)

Fatgurrlnomo im glad you liked the recipe; I will put up some more for you. I will have a look at the exercises for you and see what I can find (im sorry I forgot last night :eek: ) I no you can earn points from house work I just have to go through my books and find out how many.

Smiley you will never guess what???? My kids have set it up for me to get waxed for mother’s day :eek: lol I can’t believe it just when I had decided not to get it done so I guess im going to try it after all.

Hi scrappy thank you so much...I was so excited to reach it :D . I think I no why I haven’t been loosing weight very fast though :confused: ??? I was going through my book to find out points for one of the girls and found out that I have been eating a point more a day than I should have :mad: . I forgot to keep an eye on it and as soon as I hit the 109s I should have dropped a point. Oh well I will do better next week :D

2 toasted rolls with peanut butter
I have to go shopping

Ham, ricotta and cherry tomato pizza

1 Lebanese bread 3 points
1-2 Tbs tomato paste 0 points
30g ricotta 1 point
5 cherry tomatoes, halved 0 points
25g shaved ham ½ points
4 green onions, finely chopped 0 points
Pinch dried oregano 0 points
¼ cup grated reduced-fat mozzarella cheese 2 points

Place bread on a baking tray; spread with tomato paste. Top with ricotta, tomatoes, ham, green onions and oregano. Sprinkle with mozzarella. Cook at 200c for 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is golden and base is crisp. Serve with salad and no oil dressing = 6 1/2 points.

I am so excited that you reached your 10% I know for me it was like a fire was lit under my rear and I just never stopped pushin. I know that excersising everyday will really help just make sure you look at how many poiints your earning for excersising . Sometimes when you excercise so much you need to increase your points a little on those days. Good luck and keep up the good work!!!

Thanks so much girls. I haven’t done much…let me rephrase that I haven’t done any exercise this week yet so im going to get stuck into it today. I have a new name for my exercise bike I now call it the pile driver (my god it hurts your butt) lol.
