Lol amomono im trying I go through stages were I will exercise every day then I will go through stages were I can think up the most lamest excuses not to, I am doing better at the moment though thanks for the kick in the butt.

Thanks scrappy, I still haven’t started on a scrapbook yet but I have started a garden with herbs veg and salad and nothing has died yet lol.

I haven’t been around much the last few days as the hubby has been home and all the kids went camping with there uncle so we have had some alone time (a rare thing in this house). I lost 300g this week so that’s good, eating the right points and exercise should make this a really good week for me with a bit of luck. Have a wonderful week everyone.
